I have been to Angel Stadium many times but, up until now, I have never noticed this place before. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have some very nice beers here. There are 20 handles ranging from nice pilsners to hoppy IPAs to full bodied stouts. I can recommend the 329 lager, as it has just the right amount of flavor to complement the smoothness and easy drinkability of a fine glass of beer. Casey, the bartender, was very nice and friendly and answered the many questions I had about the different selections of beer on tap. Golden Road is currently undergoing an expansion, which will include a restaurant that should be open sometime next year. They have a happy hour during the week and the 329 lager is available for $3.00 a glass whenever the Angles are playing at home. They have an outdoor patio for enjoying our wonderful So. Cal. sunshine and smoking is allowed out there. If you enjoy a nice, clean, fresh tasting glass of beer, then I would suggest you check out Golden Road. Friendly customers and good service. I wish them continued success and I will be back again.

I was happy to see that they offered darker beers instead of just IPA and hoppier beers. I tried two of the stouts on tap. One was a pretty good coffee stout, and the other was an Irish dry stout, which was nothing much to brag about. Golden Road is known for their IPAs anyways. I sampled two of my friends IPAs both of which were fantastic. The outdoor patio has plenty of seating, and they offer board games which you can take outside if you wish to play. The parking for and navigation to the taproom is a bit odd.

The brewery itself is still under construction, but they have a tasting room open and an outdoor patio area with a good amount of seating. We went on a Saturday afternoon. Very laid back. They have a ping pong table and foosball table outside, and TVs inside. Only downside is only one bathroom each for men and women. There was already a little bit of a wait when the place was not crowded, it might be a problem on busy days. Hopefully this is just a temporary problem during construction.

I like coming here but Im scared once they finish building. My secret little hide-a-way drinking spot will become over crowded with looney tunes lovers. The service is great and the beer is pretty tasty too! They have lots of TVs to watch games and some table games (ping pong and fusbol). BTW they are owned by Budweiser now but they still brew "their" brews.

The beer was great. Recommend this place to everyone. All the beers were great. Only beer that i didnt like was the point the way IPA. It just wasnt in the same league as tge other IPAs they had. Wasnt bad just not as good as the others. Tim was great and you cant beat the prices here. Will come back to enjoy a pint or 4.

A super cool place to hang out before an Angels game or to relax and socialize. They provide card and board games to play with friends while having a great beer. There are TVs with sporting events on as well. I have seen people bring their dogs and there is an outdoor patio for smoking. Fun atmosphere!

Great tasting room right across from Angels Stadium. Good place to grab a beer before the game or just hang out and watch the game on TV. Our dog loves hanging out on the patio with us while we drink great beer.

Avoid this brewpub. Its owned by the people who make Budweiser. With so many locally-owned tasting rooms in the area, you have many better options. Poor selection. High prices. Average quality beer.
