Ordered a catering for our companys team meal on line the day before. I called the resturant since there wasnt an option to pay online and they said that Id pay when they delivered it (the delivery fee was $20). The order was delivered on time but without a reciept and the delivery person said they needed a copy of my credit card to pay for it since mine didnt have the raised numbers on the front. I actually called the resutrant to ensure that they would shred the photo copy for obvious security concerns on my part. They also did not include the churos and enchaladas that we ordered. They did come back to deliver the missing items but the Chicken was overcooked and very dry (had an almost powdery texture to it and looked burnt). I ordered from a different location on another occasion and the food was awesome. I was very dissapointed this time arround.

I went to this location 2days in a row...both nights i went they forgot to give me my items. AFter the 1st time they didnt give me my item i didnt call or anything because it was just the drink and they were already closed, the next night was a food item and also was closed by the time i got home. So after that I had to call them because it bothers me that I payed for it and I wasted money on nothing. So i called and spoke to an employee told them the times i came and she told me that i could have called because they are there an hour after closing...well how am i supposed to know that they still answer phones, anyhow she asked me for a call back number and name so she can look up the orders and give me my items...two days later and still no call back so no more going to this location...

The food was very good. The service was fast and friendly. All employees were cheerful and pleasant. The store is nice and the parking lot is big enough, but the location is in a strip mall and the store is hard to see from the street, so dont give up.

The grilled chicken is a very healthy to eat. For a fast food restaurant, El Pollo Loco does a nice job of preparing fresh , somewhat healthy meals. There is plenty to like about this place and the service was friendly and prompt on this visit.

Im saddened to say.....not a good experience tonight. I eat at El Pollo Loco frequently, when I eat out. I have asked for NO RICE in my Original polo bowl this has been the 3rd time this year they have made it with rice. Ugh

They suck. I ordered a salad and got everything I ordered in the salad except the lettuce. Are you kidding me. When I called the manager said it seemed a little odd when she saw the order come thru. Ok so ask next time .
