Fast Service but Empty Salsa Bar The service at this location was acceptably fast and staff was courteous during ordering. Unfortunately they did not maintain the same high level of service in their salsa bar. The hot salsa and jalapenos were empty and during my 20 minute stay for lunch they were not replenished.

This el pollo loco seriously has the best service - fast food restaurant or otherwise. They are always so friendly and will come around and pick up your tray if youre finished. The food comes out incredibly quickly but is always hot and fresh. Plus if you ring the bells everyone says thanks

I love their healthy chicken. Tip: order chicken breasts a la carte, and skip the pricy combos with mediocre sides youll never eat. This particular stores drive thru has had periods of good and bad. Recently, mostly good: someone running the place knows what he/shes doing.

I love this El Pollo Loco. Compared to others, the interior seems to be more modern and clean, and the food is just as good. It is very tasty, and depending on what you order, can be very healthy. For a quick meal, El Pollo Loco is the place.

More expensive than other locals...a $5 bowl is $5.50 here. Churros werent fresh. No napkins. Fries were pretty terrible. Didnt receive our order of chips! Overall a horrible experience.
