We had a great greater and cashier this evening. I wish I remembered her name, because she was really good. Very attentive, and offered suggestions that were helpful. My receipt for management reference is #1504; Drawer 4; Chk #557. I think she might have been fairly new, as she had another more experienced person admonishing her, and ordering her to take her break in front of the cashiers guest. Me and my family. That same more experienced person was cleaning the table we chose to sit at. The odd thing was complaining about how busy it was. It just seemed odd that her commitment staying busy wasnt as dedicated as our cashiers. There were also two managers on duty. The shorter of the two was dizzyingly busy behind the counter, and behind with the cooks and elsewhere. But he also was very attentive when my son needed a change to his food order. But it wasnt just the attention to my son, but to other guests as well. Too great employee experiences, and great food that was ready quickly, with hot fries, burgers, and onion rings. ...and I just love that Super Food Salad!!! We really enjoy The Habit Burger Grill...

Well we usually love this place and prefer it to the two closer habits in our area, this because it seems to taste better maybe the products they use or the cooks, however the last two trips were disappointing. This being because the manager was screaming at everyone, both times! It made me cringe. I personally dont understand why your cook needs to put forks with salad instead of the counter person, I mean the cook is preparing food not the tray I wouldnt want my fork to have grease on it from them getting fork for my salad when handling meats and such, or why you would feel the need to scream about it for 5min. They werent busy so it wasnt that but the manager just kept screaming and I felt very uncomfortable, when it was our turn to order I asked my husband what do you want he said "I want to leave." We left and I dont think we will ever return to this location. Previously had given 4 stars in review

Food is always simple, but flavorful and well-prepared. Selection of sauces and condiments and sauces is wonderful, and the service is super friendly and welcoming every time we visit. Twice, now, Ive had their staff member Elaine make my visit excellent and super warm/welcoming/hospitable. Ive tried the Caesar salad and classic charburger, both being very flavorful and a pretty reasonable portion for the cost. Onion rings and fries here are nothing to throw stones at either. In general, the quality of service, cost and recurrent food quality make the place worth visiting if youre local and want a bite.

Absolutely delicious. This was my first time here and I was dreading a wait (there was a long line) but it was actually pretty quick. I tried the garlic fries and I loved them (especially that they were somehow still crispy) and I would love to see those continue to be served, but with less garlic oil as some fries were quite saturated and garlicky. My girlfriend and I had the teriyaki burger and sweet potato fries, and the BBQ bacon burger with garlic fries respectively. I even enjoyed the teriyaki burger despite not really liking pineapple.

Burgers are awesome but customer service even better.My last order was a double and they accidentally gave me a single.I called headquarters right away and they told me to return to the location and they would fix it with no problem. Well I fell sick for over a month and never went in. So today (6 weeks later) I walk in and they gave me my order with extra toppings no questions asked. I must say the only thing better than those burgers is the way they treat their customers. I LOVE HABIT BURGERS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

While our family loves their burgers, I find their "Squak box" very annoying. I live in the apartments near Sunrise/Madison Ave and right now cannot go outside on my apartment patio for peace, quiet and sunshine due to the constant announcements of party of four, party of two.... etc. Maybe they can figure out another way of people eating there but cannot stand the system they have now.

I love the habit hamburgers, the best in town period. Friendly staff, great food, clean facilities, family friendly. Not too fast, so think in this place like a hamburgers old fashion way, well seasoned, cook to perfection, and like an extra they are not expensive, they cost less than many Of the McDonalds and they are way way better flavor, and the ingredients taste fresher. Overall good burgers. The pineapple teriyaki was great after Id let some of the sauce out. The burger was kept very nice and warm the whole time I was eating it by the huge slice of pineapple in it. The pink lemonade they have was also surprisingly better than I expected! It definitely was a step up from the extremely tart powder mix you usually get when you hear "pink lemonade."

Their chicken sandwiches look soo good, it almost makes me want to try one but I go here for beef burgers and they are always perfect. Very good fries too. The only thing that bugs me is how they "call back your order". I dont think there is any point to this, its just a gimmick to make it feel more old-fashioned but it just slows things down. Minor complaints though.

Somewhat weird parking lot. Indoor and Outdoor seating. Burgers, Fries, Salads are all good. Personally I like the Teriyaki Burger myself. Ask for Teriyaki or Ranch on the side for your fries. Service is fast and friendly. Food takes a little bit of time as it is grilled to order. No WiFi. Sometimes busy with all the inside tables full.

This restaurant has homeless people loitering outside! When it was was brought up the manager she promptly informed us that he wasnt throwing trash outside! She literally didnt know the meaning of the word! He harassed customers and was let behind the counter by the staff. It was absolutely disgusting!!!

Very nice and accommodating staff, delicious food that, in my opinion, is better than In-N-Out :) The ONLY negative thing I can think of is that weird couch thing you sit on when you wait for a to-go order. It doesnt fit very many people. Otherwise this place is AMAZING!!

Habit burger in my honest opinion is an amazing restraunt. I ate their every day for a year becuase it was across the street from my school and it was a top favorite. Their costumer seevice is amazing edpecialy Logan the cashier who was very polite and friend like.

The service was excellent and the sandwich was oh so good on that sourdough bread! The nice thing is when you make it a meal you get a delicious cup of soup and a drink instead of a big pile of greasy fries! We would rather eat here than get a hamburger any day.

Food is fine. But impossible to order because music is too loud to order or eat. You are required by ADA to make accomodations for hard of hearing. No other chain has music so loud-must be as favor to cooks and staff. not pleasant place to heat.

My favorite burger chain. This one serves good quality burgers and manages not to be to crowded during lunch, thats relative because all Habits seem to be packed at lunch and dinner time. Clean and ample parking.

I love Habit burgers, and the other sandwiches arent so bad either. :-) I also really like the strawberry cucumber lemonade. This Habit is clean and the staff is friendly. The outdoor seating is nice too.
