Each time Ive gone since this business opened, the service has been done of the slowest food turn around times Ive ever experienced even when the place is almost empty. One time it took over an hour to get my to go order, then they forgot things and when my short has gone several times things were missing or wrong. I do not recommend this location especially if you are any of the following: hungry, in a hurry, have kids with you, expect prompt turn around, or want your order to be correct. I hope they improve but I doubt Ill try again anytime soon.

On a Sunday afternoon, we intended to lunch at a nearby eatery, but it was closed. Noodles was having a pre-opening event, for "invited guests". However, they werent full, so we were able to have a FREE lunch! Very friendly service, and our food came out quickly. Both items were delicious - we had and we were impressed - and not just because it was "free. We intend to go back after the real opening, to try other items. Such a varied menu, its going to be fun trying a variety of "noodles".

This place has GREAT food! My husband and I have been to this location multiple times. We have also introduced many of our friends to this restaurant. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The service is quick, even during the lunch rush. They have something for everyone on the menu and their meatballs are delicious....one of my favorite side items to order with my meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

Today we had planned to eat at the restaurant. We placed our order and after waiting 15 minutes without our food, we asked them to change it to-go. I asked if they were understaffed today, the person behind the counter was, "We are always under staff." When my wife and I got back to our offices, we discovered that there was no steak in our Japanese Noodle in the buff order. Very disappointed in the services and the our order.

This was the worst place I have visited in a very long time....the wait time was over 45 minutes and I have to say it was bland pasta with small portions and next to no meat...for the price it was Id have had a better meal had I just went to the grocery store and bought a cup of ramen noodle soup...it would have been quicker, hotter and more tasty....will never waist my time or money again

Great food! Weve been here several times on Friday evenings. The food has been consistently excellent. Everything has been spot on. The place smells great, is clean, prompt and friendly service, tasty food. Weve been to the one on Fair Oaks and its terrible. The people who run and cook at the Rancho location care about what theyre doing and it shows. Delicious!

The staff is very friendly and always make sure you are satisfied. The one time we werent satisfied our meal was free and the rest of our our experience was great. The food is amazing, especially the Japanese Pan Noodles. I highly recommend you to try this wonderful restaurant. The prices are great too! There is something on the menu for everyone!

I always enjoy coming here. Its always great service, friendly employees and good food. Today was especially great: Maddie and I just came from the library for lunch. We were having "one of those" days. Sleepy and hungry mommy and toddler. We order our food and the cashier says "its on me today" I nearly cried. I wish I had cash to tip him

The waiting time is so long, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes and ending up that we had to pack our food to go because our lunch time is over. Beside the food is not good at all. Would not go back this place.

The regular size is quite large and I would recommend starting off with the smaller size, unless youre really hungry...or do what you want Im not your parent. The food was really good though.
