Fantastic customer service from the ladies at the register. It was our first visit and they took the time to explain the ordering and make recommendations. They use peanut oil and have bins of free peanuts to snack on which is a nice touch. The restaurant is new and pretty clean. The bathrooms were spotless. It wasnt too busy at lunch on a Saturday, and the wait for food was only about five minutes. The fries are delicious and come out piping hot! They are heavy handed with the salt, so if youre sensitive you may want to make a special request. My daughter loved the plain ketchup hot dog. My husband had a bacon burger with mushrooms that was great. My cheeseburger was just ok. The meat patty was well seasoned and it came out hot. My complaint is there was only a scant bit of BBQ sauce. I had to look to see if it was added because I didnt taste it in the first bite, so only 3-stars for now.

I loved this place a lot since it opened at this location but I just recently in the beginning of the week went in to get me and my family a meal like always got it to go and got home took one bite of my cheeseburger and what do i find in the middle of it a long hair mind u I dont have long blond hair either so when I find hair in my food or anything else that does it for me sorry five guys had to add u to the list so sad and I loved this place

I thought the cajun fries were good and the hamburger tasted fresh but its overpriced compared to other places like in n out or the habit which IMO have a burger equally as good. Five guys does fries better though but theres no reason they should cost that much. Worth a try.

For 3 customers the wait time is more than in InNOut. Employees just take their sweet time to serve you...Place could be kept a bit cleaner....with large number of dirty tables and floor covered in nut shells...

So the fries are great, the burger is completely underwhelming. It doesnt have the same pop that an in-n-out burger does. Really didnt like the color scheme inside either, stressed me out.

This was our first visit to Five Guys; visited the one in Rancho Cordova, CA. Burgers are ok but very over priced. My wifes order was wrong not once but twice. She wasnt a happy camper !

The steam from the foil wrapped burger made the bun super soggy. No where to go with a soggy bun on a mediocre burger. Flip N Shake on Auburn Blvd delivers a much better Burger

Fries were a tad undercooked. Restaurant was painfully cold. Burgers were good with a lot of great toppings. I loved the grilled jalapenos, but be careful, they are spicy.
