The first time I went here, the food was good, but the customer service wasnt friendly. But bc I liked my food, I was willing to overlook the subpar service. The second time I went, the food was salty, my order was wrong, and the customer service was rude and ignorant. I had asked if they had jalapenos to put on the sandwich and the clerk told me that I was wanting Mexican food and I should go to the Mexican restaurant next door if I wanted Mexican food. Really? My bf, whos Mexican, was offended and thought the clerks statement was unnecessary and racist, particularly addressed to him. Um, a simple no to jalapeños would have sufficed. The clerk then went on to explain how the sandwiches were made, and he was about to say American, but he then corrected himself to say how they were made closer to sandwiches from Philadelphia. Sure, ok, I guess thats why the menu has hoagies (when I thought a real Philly cheesesteak sandwich didnt have mayonnaise) and some sandwiches have peppers other than jalapenos. The menu also has pizza sandwiches...is that something closer to a Philly cheeseteak? I also specifically asked for hoagies, twice, but my order still came wrong. I wanted to complain but the cook didnt look friendly, who gave me my food with a stink-eye look, and I didnt feel like speaking to the clerk who thought adding jalapeños to a food made it Mexican food. I also paid about $3 for a side of onion rings and only got 5 small rings. Not worth it. After this experience, needless to say, I will not return. The service was not friendly , esp toward various races. The food is pricey and not worth what is provided, esp if the order comes wrong. Theyre hiring - maybe they should consider getting people who know how to smile and sell their food to different people. Im not returning. As a matter of fact, I took the clerks advice and have gone to the Mexican restaurant next door, several times as a matter of fact, which I noticed has more customers than the cheesesteak shop. Maybe bc the service is inviting and the workers smile and the food is good and worth the price. Take a hint, cheesesteak shop!

Hubby and I came here to eat last week. I ordered the chicken philly salad and my husband got the king of philly sandwhich. My only suggestion for the salad is that I wish it had better variety of veggies in it. Other than that salad and the meat were very good. My husbands on the other hand was exceptional. He reluctantly allowed me to have a bite and I would have to agree with him that this was the best Philly cheesesteak I have tasted in this area. Definetly coming back soon! We highly recommend!

Unexpectedly satisfying. I am not a huge red meat eater; however, my spouse LOVES red meat. So we tried this place because of its high reviews. Two medium Phillys (one hoagie and one king). Two small drinks. Two small fries. For $26 dollars, so not bad. They were cool with my changes, and polite the whole encounter. The restaurant was clean, and open. The food was completely the star. I am in love with the simple and tasty sandwiches. Definitely worth stopping by!

Best thing in the area that compares to back East! Its pretty good stuff. A few issues for me, first is the bread. They say its Amoroso but it just doesnt taste the same, maybe not as fresh of a roll like back home. Second, no chopped onions. Give me sliced onions on an italian hoagie please!! A bit high in price but the service is friendly and fast and the subs work. They are filling. Overall pretty good!

Like other reviews, I agree first and foremost the food is great, quality and freshness is fantastic, and service is wonderful. It is a bit pricey but then I am okay with paying a bit more for food and service at this level. Example 2 medium sandwiches with small fries and small drink was $23. So not crazy expensive by any means. If I could rate 4.5 I would. Definitely worth a try when you are hungry!

theses are the best cheesesteaks ive found here yet. its not a cheesesteak without amoroso rolls and you can buy a 6 pack of them for $4 here. the meat used here as i have experienced at other shops is its different that the east coast, not the flat cheesesteak meat im used to. its also missing the other best part of a philly cheesesteak, the grease! they also carry tastykakes!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Got a to go order...it was all bread!!! Called the store was told the owner "BEN" would call back...I called again and was told the same thing again. Ben never called!!! Very disappointing!! Very expensive for bread and they dont care about their customers!!! Dont waste your time or money!!!

One star for hospitality. The food is really dissapointing. Sub par philly, what thry are known for. Selection is limited and doesnt seem supper fresh. If you are in the area you might as well go across the parking lot and go to sports page. The food there will never let you down. I wish i was leaving a good review....

I found this place by accident after moving to the area, I think its safe to say that they have the best cheesesteaks with the freshest ingredients. The customer service is just amazing, probably the best if you compare to it other fast food joints. I am a regular and plan on being one for a while.

The food tasted great. I took my Philly togo and about 10 minutes later when I opened it the wrapper broke apart and left paper on the soggy sandwich. Only a minor problem. Other than that its not a terrible price for a meaty tasty sandwich

I know everyone raves about this place, the food was good but it wasnt great. Their garlic fries were under cooked and my sandwich barely had anything in it, but my husband loves this place so I give it a 4.

Wouldnt be a cheesesteak without Amorosos rolls, and they bring em in from Philly. They even do a decent Italian Hoagie, a difficult task when you consider the mediocre lunchmeat here in the west.

Good food & decent proportions. Great service as well. I like spicy food so their spicy cheese steaks needs a little more mud but thats really the only bad thing I can say. Great place.

Like an authentic Philadelphia style cheeses teak, this is the place to eat. They have a rewards card that gives you a free sandwich. Go on Tuesdays and get double stamps
