We had put in a reservation and when we all arrived we were seated. We had a part of our party that was unsure if they were going to show so when they did we kindly asked the Hostess if we could just add some extra chairs. We were greeted, at that point, with attitude. Apparently we werent allowed to add people to our party. And here I thought we were bringing in some revenue. They ended up moving us and we had to move all our utensils and plates ourselves. They moved some of our side dishes; and when I say move it was more of a toss onto the new table. Our server was nice, but lacked with the actual service part of his job. We had to keep calling him to the table to refill drinks and side dishes. They had multiple people running around and right when u would go to cook up meat they wanted to to change your grill. I finally told 3 of the many people that stopped to check our grill that it was fine and no we did not want it changed. Wish our server was just as attentive as the people that changed the grills. Food was ok. It wasnt anything special. Definitely not worth the drive or my time.

Its so sad... we used to really enjoy going to Wang Cho at least once a week. We so looked forward to having quality family time, cooking and enjoying the food. Unfortunately on our last visit, we found they took their California Rolls off the menu (and surprise, raised prices!). This one one of the main reasons we went there. The WC in Riverside couldnt offer them because some sushi place nearby was afraid they would loose business (really? these places arent even in the same league). Anyway, we make the trek out to Chino Hills because they DID have those tasty Cali-Rolls. Well, no more. Oh, we were told you could have 1 per customer until their daily supply was gone -- really?? I would bet they will phase them out and not offer them at all - they were no place on the menu. So a family of four, with drinks, would ran a tab of over $100 easily... and they cant make more California Rolls? They offered up an alternative. A small bowl of corn with some cheese on it. Fail! I guess they dont want our business anymore - we wont be back.

This all you can eat Korean BBQ is in a nice plaza with plenty of free parking . Since I believe this is one of the only places in Chino Hills they are able to charge a bit more for the choices of meat . Compared to other near by cities that need to compete with other restaurants . The service was a hit and miss, they missed our drink orders and they also gave us meat a few times that we did not order . I personally did not enjoy the rice paper, since it was not as fresh as what I am used to . Other than the small minor things, it was no problem getting our grilled changed. And another server came by to keep checking if we wanted more meat . The quality of the meat was pretty good as well. So when in this area, this place is not bad. They also have a minimum number of people you need to make a reservation .

My wife & I tried it for our first time last night. It was tasty but probably not going back. We ordered the first choice with 3 items and didnt order any more. We had small amount of meat left over, sadly it was thrown out. I hate wasting food and when I asked for a small box they said they dont allow that, sorry. Well Im sorry they hav that attitude along with the smokey area we were in. Probably NOT going back, SORRY. Rather spend $ at Wabi Sabi where they cook our choices & if there are left overs we can take them home. RC, Chino.

Sad to say but this place has gone down when it comes to customer service, I mean to give preference to a certain ethnicity over another one? In America? Oh right. Weve come here many many many times, great service top notch atmosphere, but last two times we were there we notice certain things that are of great concern. I will not be coming back, ever. kbbqs need to realize that its not just one group of people who want to eat it. Its a bunch of groups. Racism is alive and well. Took our grandsons for the first and last time thurs. We paid over $ 130.00 for 2 children and 2 adults.we had to pay full price for the kids because they were 9 & 11...not under 8....the cut off should be 12 and under like most places. Also I didnt try many different things because I did not want to have to pay even more for. things I wasnt sure I would like. The food I did try was good but would have enjoyed it more if their pricing policies were different...We all enjoyed cooking everything ourselves. Hope this is helpful.

First time here and it was awesome! Ive had Korean bbq before and this is one of the best places in the area. The beef brisket and bulgoki are very tasty and tender and the tofu stew is excellent! All of the severs were super helpful and are the very attentive. Highly recommended especially if you have never tried Korean bbq before, this is a great place to start! I went for my birthday dinner and they even brought me a little surprise at the end which was very delicious!

WANG CHOOOO. You gotta say it like that or they wont let you in. Just kidding. This place is super clean and friendly. Meat taste great and looks fresh and the sides do too. Rice paper is on point. Decent prices for AYCE. And they arent shy about giving you food. You ask for more and they keep coming. Its usually busy but the wait isnt too long. Good for groups of 4 or more very hungry people. Make sure to order billions of bottles of Soju.

Food was good but service was very unprofessional. We kept ordering food (its advertised as "all you can it") but the servers seemed annoyed and at one point said "you know if you dont eat everything we charge you extra" not only is this rude but uncalled for. Needless to say we made it a point to eat all our food, but the atmosphere was ruined due to the poor professionalism of the staff. Will not be going again.

Hit and miss service. Have been there probably 5 or 6 times. Only good service maybe half of the time. Receptionists are really bad at their job and It took longer to get our check than we there to eat, even after many requests. Good food, but there are many better places to go. Owner/managers just stand around instead of giving direction to staff. After last night, will never go there again!!!
