This place is super nasty wanted to try it out because I love Korean BBQ and as I arrived I had to wait to be seated for quite some time and when I was brought to my table and seated I was handed menus they were filthy dirty and sticky along with the table that was completely covered in who-knows-what sutt all over the top the tabletop was completely cloudy and you can see handprints all over the table top and the sidewall at my booth had food splatter all over the tile wall in just a few tables down there is a pillar in the middle of the restaurant with food splattered about 3 feet high up the wall and the service here was extremely slow and I felt like it was nothing but a bunch of teenagers that work there yeah whats up dude what can I get you man alrighty it was completely unprofessional disgusting and dirty I dont know why i left a tip must have been the nice guy inside of me that still left the tip but I will never ever come back to this place ever and I do not recommend it to anyone Ive been too many Korean barbecue places and this was the worst even!!! the stuff that they serve here is completely nasty and low-quality and you have to get up and Self Serve Yourself all your side dishes as if its like a buffet or something I had to flag down other servers to place another order for my table due to the fact that my server will not pay me any attention and completely was oblivious to me calling their name and waving them down and after taking my order they never returned with it and I had to remind them and then wait even longer to receive my food which then I still have to wait to cook it so needless to say I will never be returning to this place nor should anybody they should shut this place down a condemned it

My wife and I are moving to the area soon, so we thought we would give it a try. We left with mixed feelings. We definetly got enough to eat. I think the atmosphere and service is what made this a "maybe not" place for us.The all you can eat side set out for us to help ourselves seemed just that...set out. They didnt appear nor taste fresh. It had that very cold 3-4 day old right out of the fridge taste. I wouldnt say call the waiter rude but didnt seem genuinly nice. Like thia was routine and on to the next. My wife actually said she felt as if she was bothering him if she asked for service. It was a slow time a lil after 3 on a Friday. Most of the staff were male and didnt seem as clean as I would like to be handling my food. They mostly had that just rolled out of bed let me throw on this black shirt and hurry up to work look. To top it off the only female I assume was manager had really long beautiful hair. Which was the problem food serving workers hair should be in a hair net , pulled back , up do etc.... Not swing around potentially able to fall in some ones plate. That was my observation and experience. I am a manager if a health club and customer servie is huge. So I may veiw things a bit more critical. With all that said I may be willing to check it out on a different time and date to see if I get a different experience.

Best AYCE Korean BBQ in the area! The prices are one of the cheapest without any compromise to the quality of food that is offered. The lunch menu is 14.99 but comes with a ton of options for meat and appetizers such as kimchi cheese fries or korean bbq wings. The banchan is self serve so you can grab whatever banchan you like and however much you like. The place is huge and the tables are spacious. The service is amazing! Meat comes out fast and they check on how youre doing when they see youre running low on anything. I will never go to any of the AYCE places in the area besides Gangnam. This place blows them all out of the water!

The owners are cheats. They use people. They dont care about your health, people that work for them, just money. I have been begging them for months to pay me for the work I did for them. The owners do not care. I asked to please pay me back for the money I spent on their equipment. They will not. I would not eat there because people like that dont throw away spoiled food or stuff that hits the floor. They serve it. If you do go there anyway, please help me and ask them to pay their bills. I could post the bills if you want to see them. They will probably lie about it.

Awesome place. We can here because the Dennys next door only had 3 servers and it was quite a wait. The wait for this place was 10 minutes. The server was more than willing to educate us on their menu, how to order, and their drink menu. There is a grill in the middle of the table where you grill your own meat and or veggies. Its an all you can eat place. There is a veggie bar to get stuff. We took a chance and Im glad we ate here. I really enjoyed this place. If I come back to Chino, I would definitely comeback to this place.

Went in for lunch and was greeted by a smiling server and was sitted right away. Our waiter was super helpful and gave great suggestions. So the reason for the 4 star is I need to go back and try other things but for a first time it was great. The best thing is the smoke seems to be taken away by the grill it self so you dont end up smelling like it.

Really nice place. The tables have a grilling plate in the middle where you cook your own meat. Lots of meat choices on the regular menu. The salad was really good. The staff was friendly. I would eat here again. A little pricey though. $19.99 per person for the regular menu. Lunch menu is $13.99 M-F. Soft drinks are $2.50 with unlimited refills.

Ate here for the first time and it was amazing. Weve been to a bunch of different KBBQ spots, and this one is now one of our favorites! The meat is great and super fresh. The restaurant is clean and well designed. I love how spaced out the tables are, it doesnt feel like youre sitting on top of another table. We will eat here many more times!

OMGosh! Trying out different Korean BBQs. DISGUSTING!! Walked in and was taken to a booth. My foot slipped as I was taking a seat. Ewww! Floors filthy. Im thinking do I want to stay. My first impression is gross. I looked at the grill nasty and dirty. I left. NEVER would I eat somewhere as filthy as this. Negative 500 rating!

Excellent selection of meats and seafood for an amazing price! Two things that will make them 5 star are greasing their grills so that they dont need to be changed so quickly and to increase the heat available to their grills. Love their kimchi bar and they have a lot of Korean bbq elements from other restaurants you love.
