I travel back and forth from the bay area to the central valley every day. I have tried all the major fast food chains and for the most part been satisfied, however this location is the worst run franchise I have ever seen. Store hours are listed on the door as opening at 6:00am. I got off the freeway in hopes of having breakfast and really looking forward to it, only to pull into the drive up at 6:02am and waiting for 5 minutes with no response. Backed out and parked, walked up the to door.. still locked, lights on and no one to be seen. 2 cars in the lot but no one working. I will never stop at this location again. Burger King should be ashamed to have a great location that is easy to get to run in this manner. Grade F

I frequent this Burger King only because it is the close to my house. This is the worst Burger King! Very Slow service. VERY DISORGANIZED! The two front counter people seem lost. I watched people wait almost 10 minutes to place their order. The manager is useless. I had to ask for a drink cup - my fries were cold - I waited 12 minutes for my food. It was entertaining watching the front counter people walk in circles.... wondering what to do. The Dublin Burger King is much better.

I only have it 1 star because I had to in order to write this review. There is no sense in me specifying each issue. This place is awful. I will mention the employee who helped himself to an order of fries while working the cash register. Not to mention I say in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. I wouldve driven off, but of course the way they have it set up, you cant leave, so youre stuck there to ensure the awful service. I really hate this place.

Horrible drive thru, horrible service. They need to work on realizing that having 2 people working there is unacceptable, its a disgrace and test everyones patience as they order such a small meal and have to wait 20 minutes off of nothing. Horrible fast food, seems like the employees have no respect for anyone, get your stuff together. I recommend you do not visit this Burger King. Absolutely terrible.

Nothing. This is the most disgusting environment I have ever been to. The things I hear from the employees are horrendous, the abuse they receive at the hands of management are disgraceful. They should be closed down. The few good employees that work there should be the ones running the facility. Its a broken down restaurant with rude management and ask the management should be fired.

Fast food.... What can you say, its your standard Burger King. The service is fair, this particular location is newly remodeled however and looks clean. What really sucks is they dont open any earlier. You need to be on the road by 6 or 6:15 am to beat the traffic and this location open till 6:30 am M-F, 7:30 am on Sun.

It always seems like this particular Burger King is understaffed so there is generally a wait, especially when going through the drive-through. The food is up to the same quality level as other Burger Kings, but definitely dont head there when in a rush. Youll probably end up late, as I have on several occasions.

Food was terrible, the remodel didnt help. They need a new manager. Do not go here because the place is kept terribly, ketchup machine was empty, fries are usually stale because no one goes there. If anything, ask them to make a new batch. Drive thru is also pretty slow.

The sign on drive thru window says they close at 11pm, but they were closed well before that. I was there at 10:50pm and was not served. CHANGE YOUR HOURS
