I LOVE Taco Bell, but this one is so bad. They get my order wrong, almost every time I go there. The last time, I got home, opened the bag, and half the order I had paid for was not included. I was cheated out of about $8.50 worth of food. And they did NOT include a receipt, so I couldnt even prove that they cheated me. The time before that, my sister and I ate there. We ordered one right after the other. I sat at the table watching her eat all her food, all the time I was watching where they call your number, and I finally walked up and asked where my food was. They said it must have been stolen off the counter. Well, that would have been hard to do, since I was watching that area the whole time, and I never even saw them call a number, or place any food on the counter. Shame, I have to go 5 miles out of my way now, when I want a decent Taco Bell meal. And this one is brand new TOO, but unfortunately, the employees are totally clueless.

0 stars if possible. Absolutely horrible the girl with the choker necklace was laughing the whole time she took the order and forgot 3 different items that I ordered. When I got to the window she was laughing at the other employees telling them stop hitting each other with the tortillas. I threw my food away and am now in line at Taco Bell on contra Costa because I know there professional and wont play with my food. Ive never wrote a review anywhere but throwing away 14.00 worth of food I needed to let you know. Those kids need to be taught customer service. I will never go back to this location and I suggest no one else do the same go a little further on contra Costa to get your food.

Terrible ! Just left there. 5 cars in front of me in drive thru. Took 15 minutes nto get my order. Taco salad meat is COLD and I paid for extra beef, but NO extra beef. Window server said they were short staffed but thats no excuse for COLD food and shorting me. Tried to phone to complain. No Answer. WHERE IS THE MANAGER? ALSO previously inside I noticed the manager using the cash register and preparing food without changing his gloves ( Unsanitary) and worker sweeping the floor in front of people while they were eating. TACO BELL Home Office should take notice of this one.

This is a new, clean and busy Taco Bell. They give priority to the drive-thru and I always dine-in so I shall ding them half a star for that. Another half star ding for having saggy booth cushions and booth tables that are much too high. They need to reduce the sag and lower the tables.

This was really nice when they put in the new Taco Bell but now its just a sloppy and messy as any other one of their other Taco Bell experiences Im surprised they dont bring back the Chihuahua and the taco and have it as a as a fresh appetizer on their bell-ringing special for $1

Drive through line was insanely long so we went inside.....big mistake. Way longer than we wanted. 15 mins and still no food. Maybe staff the store according to demand....? Probably wont visit this store again unless its a last resort which it was tonight.

I been here twice and order the same thing which is the chalupa meals and tortilla shell has been hard and stale it so disappointing to come and get food like and have to reorder and on top get a hair in your food is beyond disgusting

Service was HORRIBLE 2 People in there . They left the food on the counter which in 5 minutes they threw away. Had to reorder 2 tacos and a drink which was finally brought to the disabled man waiting for it. WTF???
