Amazing little restaurant! Safe to say one of the best and my favorite breakfast/lunch restaurants in Carmel. This restaurant is a small petite cottage that is very welcoming and definitely will attract you just by the smell. One early morning my family and I decided to take a trip to Carmel with my Grandma and as we arrived we stumbles upon this small cottage. Our appetite was grand and we were desperate for breakfast. We read the menu and in less than a minute we all decide this is the perfect restaurant to eat at. They served us with cute little plates and cups and this was an unforgettable memory for me, definitely suggest.

It was a home cook meal, just like a meal anyone could cook at home. Not a special home-cooked meal that was super good. My wife had Caesar salad and the bread was really good but it was just that it was some kind of dressing and the lens was not in great shape. I had toast and scrambled eggs and the eggs were well just eggs. But the two stars comes from it was super crowded comma they dont have enough tables comma and the utensils had old food stuck on them and they were not properly cleaned.

I loved this place. Especially the home made cottage cheese. Looking forward to even more lovely breakfasts in the future. Next time I may order the 3 egg omelette because they looked fantastic, but not healthy if you have too much cheese on them. Best just get them with nothing but salt.

Sorry to report that I found the food inedible. The breakfast was a job interview so I snuck the food into a napkin in my lap rather than complain about the barely scrambled eggs, the overly salty potatoes, and bacon so hard you could break a tooth. Cant recall a breakfast this awful.

Cannot say enough good things about the food and atmosphere here. I felt like I was spending the morning at grandmas with the fireplace going. Prices were very reasonable and the breakfast potatoes were amazing. I will definitely make it a point to come the next time Im in town.

A nice place to have breakfast or lunch, it is a cozy, warm and colorful place. It reminds me a dolls house. The food was the protagonist of the experience, it was like made by my grandma, simple but delicious. A place to go if you visit Carmel

The food was good but the service was really bad, we waitted to much to get a table the restaurant was not really busy, i felt this place was for white people only. Because i felt some descrimination in this place. Unhappy about this.

My wife and I loved this place... "She says it has a wonderful atmosphere and feels very cozy!" Their food had great flavor and the service was outstanding! I recommend this place if you want a excellent breakfast experience!

Very cozy, and the food is good. Service is HORRENDOUS. This is a tourist area, and most people dont want to spend 2 hours on breakfast (most of it waiting). Only come here if you have nothing else to do for awhile.

The massive line at the entrance looked more promising that it finally was able to keep. They have a special artichoke soup which is a funny idea, but the soup is not really succulent.
