Had a terrible experience there. Service was beyond miserable. Restaurant was almost empty. 3 people in our party ordering light meals. Took forever for 2 side salads to arrive. My own dinner salad was not brought out with them. Waited and waited. After asking waiter where our food was he said it would be there soon and brought us some bread and water. After 45 minutes my salad and 1 friends soup arrived. No sign of other friends steamer clams. After another 10 minutes we asked where they were and waiter said "someone had taken them", but they would make more and bring them soon. Waiter was told it was too late, and not to bring them. 5 more minutes and manager arrived with clams and apologies. Said clams would be on the house and the rest of the food would be "discounted". I told him that wasnt much consolation food waiting 45 minutes for a sale. He agreed not to charge us for our food. We left money on the table for our 3 glasses of wine and left. Forever.

SO GOOD! Both of the dishes we ate were excellent. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection, with a crispy batter, firm cod, even the tarter sauce was great. The Seafood Jambalaya was incredible. Each ingredient stood out, each bite was different. Each piece of seafood in the Jambalaya was perfect and fresh and delicious. Happy hour prices (3pm to 6pm and 9pm to close daily) are very low for such great food. We had Key Lime Pie (the best ive EVER eaten, including in Florida) and the Warm Apple Crisp (to die for, and big enough for two) The portions were plentiful, the wait staff (Julian and Thomas) were attentive but not annoying, very polite, thorough and friendly and funny. A fine dining experience with a casual vibe that makes you instantly feel relaxed and at ease and ready to sit and eat! Stay for the coffee, its fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Overall the wife and I enjoyed this place but had a few issues on our visit. The setting is nice and classy. The place is very clean with a great looking menu. Prices are average compared to similar seafood restaurants. Here are the issues... it took a very long time to get our food and we came towards the tail end of the busy hours. By the time we got our food it seemed about half as busy as when we arrived and the wait did not seem very reasonable compared to the traffic. Next, the food was overall very good but half of my scallops were slightly undercooked, good flavor but too gummy to eat. I had to send it back. If service had been a bit quicker and if we had no food issues I would have gave it 4 out of five stars. I might come back but I will try something simpler like fish tacos next time.

Both of these stars are for the service which was pleasant and professional. The food, unfortunately, was subpar. The pear chicken salad was mixed mostly with iceberg lettuce, all of the greens were hardly fresh and slathered with some odd sweet dressing... Not to mention the chicken was dry and salty. The coconut rock fish and chips were served with homemade potato chips, rather than fries, and the weirdest, sweetest tartar soup sauce which tasted awful with the fish. When we asked for regular tartar, that was oddly sweet too. To top it off the elevator music they played was almost too much to take and made the whole experience that much more unpleasant. It seems for the most part their crowd is older and they dont seem to mind it.

worst dinner EVER. I have been here for lunch twice, food wasnt amazing, but it was ok. Ordered the flat iron steak last night. Had one bite and gagged on it meat was microwaved and tasted rancid. This is the first time I have ever sent back food, it was inedible, the foulest thing I have ever tasted. Then got a caesar salad, half of it was wilted and brown. Got halibut fish and chips as a replacement. One bite and fish was very smelly and was complete mush. Gave up and ate bread, not to surprisingly I woke up at 4am with horrible food poisoning. This place is going to KILL someone. To top it all off they gave us no discount or comp for my meal even though it was evident that I had not eaten any of it.

We went to Big Fish for dinner with our in laws from AZ and they were craving seafood. My mother in law asked about bottled still water and they didnt have any. To our surprise, our waiter Abraham ran to the grocery store next store and bought her some. She was very happy and shocked. She said that you cant find customer like that these days. We had the crab Mac and cheese. It was rich, creamy and crabby. The coconut shrimp was cooked great. Our 12yo loved the Cod fish and chips. Everything was great. And definitely give the Key Lime pie and Firecracker Shrimp a try. We will def be back once a month.

2nd time here first experience was apps only and was mediocre . Decided to give It a go because we happened to be in Woodinville at dinner time . Starters were really late to get to table and the clams were not ediable they did recognize and tried to fix things and were very pleasant etc. should not have to ask for bread after sitting for so long without any food .the entrees were fair but ingredients were burnt probably left in broiler too long . A burnt half a lemon in the middle of plate as a garnish?..? Wont give them another chance. Should of went to. Mi Tierra

A quiet, subtle ambiance in this mid level grill. A place I might meet a business partner, but not a client. The food is well-prepared and attractively plated, but not always a wow in taste. Nothing tastes bad necessarily, but nothing to brag about either. A good mixture of American cuisine with a seafood accentuation, anybody can find something from salads to pasta to oysters. The bar is decent, nicely made drinks, but again, nothing to brag about. When a whim hits for my husband and I to eat out on a Monday night, this fits the bill.

I instead had the worst experience, I ordered a salad for lunch and the lettuce was totally withered, I sent it back to the chef and nothing happened so when leaving I mentioned it again to the lady at the reception who happened to be the owner, she said if it was OK to contact me later and I said of course. It was a month ago...Have not heard from her or anybody from the Big Fish. The quality of the restaurant is very mediocre and just another restaurant that I hope will never visit again.

Nice restaurant, with plenty of room and cozy feel. Service is always good, the food is good, with some dishes being unique and very good. The pricing is very reasonable. Certainly would recommend any of their locations. They also have brunches on weekends, but once I tried it - it was underwhelming. However, just coming for lunch or dinner - its definitely recommended. My kids always ask to go to Big Fish when we go out.
