Got off of work and looking for a place to eat. Almost all the restaurants close at 9 in Benicia then I found Aroma. This restaurant open until 10. The restaurant was empty except for my wife and I. We didnt look into Yelp or anything and took a chance to eat here. We ordered the Masala Tiki Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, Garlic and Cilantro Nan, Mango Lazi, Mango Chutni, and a appetizer which I forgotten the name. When the food arrived, I took my first bite of he Nan and I was in heaven. The best Nan I have every had is here. Bite after bite of nonstop eating the food we ordered. Everything was on point with spices and flavor. I had to order an extra order of Garlic Nan to finish up with the coconut shrimp. This is my favorite Indian restaurant now. I want to thank all those restaurant that closed at 9 for they directed me to this local gem.

We were the 3rd group to arrive 4 adults 1 child. Menu given to us right away, water poured after 20 minutes, 3 other groups sat down after us. We waited 1 hour to order mainly because the 3 other groups after us got to order before us. All those groups started eating before us, waiting over 1 hour & a half just to eat is not acceptable. The chicken was very dry. It was hot outside close to 100 degrees and the air conditioner was very low, people were sweating while eating. I will NOT recommend this place If you want to sit inside & get abused. We wanted to leave but 1 of our group asked to stay, so we stayed, all of us were angry. Food taste different when youre angry.

Im in town for work and I go here at least twice a week to eat. The staff is very nice and tentative. The smells you experience just walking in the door are so pleasant I knew before I ate my first bite that it was going to be good. Ive had several different things there, all of it delicious. My favorite is the Chicken Tikka Masala, The Tandoori Chicken, Paneer Pankora, Vegetable Pankora... I could keep going. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area.

I go almost once a week. The food here is excellent, with great staff. My favorite dishes are the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Biryani, Gobi Manchurian, Chicken Mahkni, Chicken Tandoori. I would order it spicy for authentic taste, medium doesnt quite do it for me. The service is great, the food comes reasonably quick and everyone is very friendly. Check out their All You Can Eat Buffet too, it is a more affordable way to get your fill on Indian food.

Ordered food to go last night. Butter chicken,plain and garlic naan and chicken biryani. Got ready to eat snd my goodness the naan was already so hard and difficult to bite and chew. Had to throw them away. Also was told that meat is halal but now I have my doubts sice their website does not even mention that. Never going back there again or recommending anyone. What a dump place.

My favorite place to eat, hands-down. I love the food. I take people here any time I can , and they always love it, too. Even my kids love it. Friendly service. Nearly everything on the menu is divinely fantastic. Lots of excellent vegetarian options! Oh - I cant wait to eat there again..............

comments to my friend and I while eating there. The portions of food were very small and extremely over priced. I ordered 4 things all from different parts of the menu, and nearly everything tasted the same. I have never walked out of a restaurant in my life. This was the closest I have ever come.

We have been going here for several years. Consistently good service. Handled large party on New Years eve very well. Quality of food is good and consistent. We enjoy the flavors and always leave well fed with leftovers for a good lunch. Good for takeout. The kids like it as well.

Food server was ok. Extremely overpriced for the small portion of the food they serve. 40.00 for 3 orders we had. Its not cheap, and we only had water rather than special drinks. But they are delicious compare to any other Indian Restaurant.
