I will no longer eat at this restaurant. Last time I went I placed an order to go, paid for it went to the local grocery store while they cooked it to pick up one or two items. I came back to pick it up and they had given my order away to a different gentleman. They expected me to wait another 30 minutes for a take out meal, with no compensation. I refused, asked for a full refund. Customer service when a mistake like that is made is critical if you want to keep customers. Extremely poor customer service, they werent even very apologetic about their mistake. Most places when mistakes are made like this try to bend over backwards to keep customers.

After several years frequenting the Thai restraunt that Tony was the manager of, he has now opened his own place in Benecia. Tonys vision for Pearl Thai is to serve more authentic cuisine than he was allowed to serve at his former restraunt. He has not come short of that goal. We have been in Thailand two times and always been amaized that the Tonys offerings stand up to anything we tasted in Thailand. They also offer a good wine selection that is not too pricy. Unfortunately we no longer live in the bay area and dont get by there often enough.

Amazing Thai food from a shopping center restaurant. I have now been a few times and have also gotten food to go multiple times and ever time has been great. The masaman curry is one of the best I have had and as authentic as it gets, reminded me of how its served in Thailand. The potstickers are also extremely crispy.

Best Thai in Benicia. Good food and friendly staff. My favorite is the red curry, but its all good. If you have a dietary requirement let the staff know and the chef can probably accommodate you. The Pad Thai can be a bit sweet for my taste so I ask for the chef to cut back on the palm sugar.

My and my girlfriend went there a year ago. both of us ordered Pad Thai with chicken. Neither of us could eat the meat because it tasted kind of off. We ordered another type of meat but since then Ive never been able to get myself to go back.

My family and I come here regularly, and weve never had a bad experience. The service and food are both excellent; we have never had a bad experience or bad dish. We cannot speak highly enough about this place, and we are so glad we found it.

Very friendly staff, everyone greeted me and was very accommodating. I enjoyed their DELICIOUS pad see ew with shrimp and they were surprisingly generous with the shrimp! This was my first visit but I look forward to going again

I really enjoyed my meal which consisted of Thai iced tea,grilled salmon and vegetables. The presentation of the food was beautiful and every bite was delicious! The servers were just great. I will definitely return!
