This has to be the WORST dining experience Ive had in a LONG time!!! I dont even know where to begin.... For starters the place was absolutely filthy upon walking in. Table tops were dirty, floor was full of peanuts and trash. My boyfriend and I ordered anyways, optimistic the food would be consistent with past Five Guys experiences at other locations. We were mistaken. We ordered our burgers and fries, stating our toppings. After reviewing our receipt I noticed that toppings on both orders were incorrect (one burger was missing something and the other had something added that I did not ask for). I went back to the girl at the register and asked her to please make the change since our burgers hadnt been made yet. Then low and behold we get our order after a long wait. It wasnt even busy! The burgers were all WRONG! Even after we asked for the change both orders were messed up and the burgers were not good - Double patties were not appealing at all. The fries were RAW! We ate the unsatisfying meal out of pure hunger, but I regretted it the rest of the day. To top it off I go to throw away our garbage and both trash cans are OVERFLOWING to the point that people were placing garbage on top of the trash can! Very disappointing experience on too many levels. Clearly understaffed and staff is not well trained to deal with customers.

Ive been here perhaps too many times lately to get my fill of OH MY DAYUM bacon cheeseburger, best in town with just a bit of pink on the inside like I love em. Oh My Goodness. Oh My Dayum. Yes, you can sing now. This is 5 guys. They do burgers and fries, and get my 5 stars. If you are ready for real fries and not some re-processed frozen junk or skimpy fast-food grade fries, get some nice greasy fries here, they come in 3 sizes and are great -- Bonus tip: Read the menu, get creative. Not as hungry? Go for "everything" which has less stuff than "All in" does, or as you like it. Options galore. I like the peanuts you can eat while you wait for food to be done. Nifty. They have indoor and outdoor seating, its been clean eats each time I go. Bathrooms? Also spotless each time I went. Service is quick, people are attentive. Im not a soda person so get drinks elsewhere. Would be nice if they had shakes but then Id surely pass out from ecstasy. If the noise level gets up there and you miss your number being called, they announce it on loudspeaker, how cool is that? They appreciate your business and want you coming back, and it shows. Kudos.

Our orders were all wrong. We got double meat and cheese as well as mayo when we asked for single meat, no cheese, and no mayo. They then had to recook everything which made us wait even longer. The meat was not seasoned and the buns were extremely soggy. It was also way over priced for the quality food we got. Never coming there again.

Standard Five Guys (three stars) with a lovely staff (extra star). I have stopped at this location twice in the past year for some guilty-calories and both times there hadve been police officers on their meal break. So not only do I get to do some joyful shame-feeding, but I feel safe (and on my best behavior) at the same time.

Would have given 5 stars, but not sure why I need to wait for orders with burgers in front of me to be served before I get my order with ONLY fries???? Make some more fries and give those to the burger people (since they have to wait for burger to cook) after I get mine -- pretty simple... at least I think so...

One of the only five guys Ive seen without the fancy soda machines with touch screens. They have fast staff but I felt like this location isnt as good as the one in south San Francisco. They do not serve milk shakes at this location and its a bit smaller than the other ones Ive seen.

Food is good, location is awful. Outside the noise of the intersection is so loud you cant hear anyone youre talking to. The pigeons are Savage, and theres usually a homeless person sitting outside on the chairs smoking, or on the street looking in through the bars

Love the fries here! The staff is very friendly. Theyre willing to throw in extra fries if you ask ;). The service is quick. The portion sizes are very generous. There was plenty of parking around lunchtime.

Decent burgers... A bit messy. Too many choices for my liking. Fries are great, but they give so many I usually throw some away. Maybe a better option for dining in wood be "unlimited" fries...

Good burgers and fries. This location gives you extra fries (even a lot for 5 guys). Floor here tends to be grimy and extra peanut-covered. Avoid on weekend evenings.
