I took my wife here on our date night and all I can say is that it is a wonderful little restaurant. They have great food and great service, and an all around comforting feel. You could very well wear street clothes here and would not be out of place, but I feel they deserve at the very least business casual. I ordered the drunken noodles and ordered them at a spiciness level of 3 (their heat is on a scale of 0-5). The waitress told me that their 2 is medium and that their 3 would make me sweat. Well that is what I wanted so I went with it, and I tell you what they DELIVERED. The heat was there, not quite enough to make me sweatb but enough to get my nose a little. Not only did they have heat, they also had flavor, something that seems to be increasingly hard to do. What my wife ordered was the Tai wonton soup (she is a sucker for that, it very well could be her favorite thing). It was just sweet enough, in my opinion, to separate it from other wonton soups that I have had and was a refreshing compliment to the spice of the drunken noodles. Now to our drinks and appetizers. We had a Tai iced tea and a Tai iced coffee for our drinks. This is actually the place that turned me onto Tai iced tea and I love it. And for our appetizers we had the golden vegetable rolls and the Tai Spring rolls which are wonderful and refreshing. Not only was all of this presented well by a great wait staff, but the price point is great as well especially for two people. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Tai food at a great price.

I am a real fan of Thai food and have tried over a hundred Thai restaurants. I have become extremely picky and opinionated about the cuisine. When I first tried Auburn Thai, I was very impressed, so I decided I must return and taste everything on the menu at least once. So far Ive only tried about 20 of the items on the menu but Ill keep trying to achieve my goal. Almost everything Ive tried, so far, has been equal to or better than the best Ive ever had. There was one entree that was not quite equal to the best Ive had, but it was close. The craft beer selection here is downright amazing - by far the best Ive ever seen at a Thai restaurant. The owner, Nu, is a total craft beer geek and stocks an incredible selection of quality brews. Hes always happy to suggest a pairing to any menu item you select. The entire staff is friendly, delightful, caring, and hard working. They are all committed to making your visit memorable. The one reviewer that commented that the service was "slooooow" was a little unkind. The one disadvantage to patronizing a restaurant that is very good and very popular is that you might have to wait a bit sometimes when the staff is overwhelmed. Small price to pay for wonderful food!!! Auburn is not exactly the gourmet restaurant capital of the world, but Auburn Thai is the exception. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. If you are new to Thai food, ask the staff. They will make sure you are extremely pleased.

The service was fast but our food came out wrong. My bfs food can out wrong the first timen but they got it right the second time. But mine came out wrong not one, not twice but three times and it was still wrong. We didnt even ordered with special request only what they have from the menu (special delight mild with beef - the wok section and drunken noodles seafood spice - from the noodles section). I never got my drunken noodles seafood. And we still had to paid the wrong food that we never ordered. The food taste ok "orchid thai" in Lincoln is much much better! Orchid thai is so far still the best thai restaurant for me. Its still generous of me to give them 2 stars.

With all the new Thai restaurants that have been springing up everywhere there certainly is no shortage of them and being a Thai food lover I just had to try it. My wife and I took the challenge and went one Sunday evening along with 4 other people in our party. The place seemed quite full and there were only two people waiting the tables and they looked as though they were confused and not sure what to do. Wow, was I wrong. The service was great, the food was wonderful and I cant say enough good things about the experience. We will definitely be one of their good customers!

I have had takeout once, and ate dinner at Thai Garden tonight. The food was EXCELLENT! I have had thai food in many big cities, and this was by far the best thai food...EVER! It was packed tonight, but the staff was very friendly and recognized that they were a bit behind in service. They were very gracious, and took great care of us....try it out! I love spicy food...and 2 stars was plenty hot!

Stopped by on our way home from the mountains. This was some of the best Thai food I have had in a while...maybe even since I was in Thailand. We had a huge group and everyone loved their dishes. I like mine spicy, and they got it perfect while still keeping the amazing flavor. They also made the dishes perfect for those in our group who prefer close to no spiciness. The staff was fantastic.

I lived in Thailand for 8 years and Auburn Thai Garden is the best Thai food in Northern California. It is run by Thais from Bangkok, not Thais from LA. The food is well prepared, fresh and reasonable priced. The staff is quick and friendly. Very helpful! They have a wide variety of the most popular Thai dishes. If you like Thai food this is the place!!

The food is tasty and reasonably priced with many options to choose from. The only thing I didnt like about it was the echo and loud noise and seems to have nothing to buffer the sound nor was there any music loud people if the table next to us drowned out the enjoyment of our dinner. The food and everything else was great the ambience for me was too loud

The ridiculous level of busy that this place achieves on Fridays is evidence enough of how awesome it is. Lots of flavor in everything from noodle dishes to curries, and all at normal prices. Calling ahead for lunch take out is quick and easy, making Auburn Thai Garden a go-to whenever Im feeling indecisive.

Giving five stars because the food is so damn good. Just be prepared to wait if you go at a common dinner time. Also, when you order take-out during a busy time, you will likely be told 25 or 30 minutes, it means 40-45 minutes, trust me...but again, I keep going back because of the food...it is that good.

Came in just before closing and still felt welcomed. Beer selection is good, tried German beer it was really good. Seafood soup has such a unique set of well balanced flavours from lemon to pine. Will definitely be back for more beer and try other dishes, I didnt even the last two pages
