Absolutely terrible service. My mother is gluten free so we went in the night before and asked if they put wheat flour in their dosa mix. They said no, so we decided to go the next day. We get to our table and start reading the menu. The lady comes 2 minutes later asking if weve made up our minds. We ask for a few minutes and we dont see her again for at least 20 minutes. Finally another gentleman asks if weve ordered, we say no and he takes our order. We clatitude again if they put wheat flour in their dosa batter, and he says they do. Fine. My mother changes her order to something gluten free. The original waitress finally comes back to ask if weve ordered after. Our dosas come with my mothers order. We are then asked to go get our own chutneys and sambhar. This is not a problem except for the fact that this policy changes every two minutes with the waiter. This happened to all the tables around us as well. The service is so disorganized. Plus our table had ants on it. I would never go back.

Firstly food quality was HORRIBLE. Secondly requested order was not synchronized and was served in a Random Crazy fashion, to give an example buttermilk which was supposed to be served with South Indian thaali was served after our food was finished, another order of coffee never made it to the table and we had to cancel the order as we were frustrated. In addition to the above there was no itemized bill and the hostess decided to tip herself for the crappiest service possible by handing us over a bill of $38.00 whose actual worth was per the menu around $27.00(for 3 dishes). Never going back to this place for sure. This is a disgrace on Indian food. Not even worth a single star.

Two stars just because they used to be good before they moved and giving a chance to come back. The leaf food was served on was dusty and had some strange looking wet piece of thread. NOT appetizing or even sanitary. Way too costly for such a bad, dirty place. Remodel the bathroom, clean the corners. You cant fool people just by buying expensive looking furniture. Im leaving such a long comment just because it seemed like someone had put a lot of effort in interior etc. but you need to bring it to perfection.

No proper service. Food restrictions if no onion garlic specified & noted but twice for 2 dishes, it was made with onions. There were no apologies though. I checked with Rakesh who took our order if it can be made without onion garlic. He said yes but didnt serve as promised. They have no concern for anybodys preferences. They didnt bother to clean table or put new spoons & glasses & fill water jug although told thrice. Won t recommend anyone because of gross mismanagement. Decided not to go there next time.

Not the good experience at all.food came out cold and sambar was not even served you hve to go pickup sambar and chutneys on yourown which was really cold told them but they ingored the call that it is cold .mango lassi came after the meal.waiter was filthy kept touching his hair and beard all the time we were there,even told to manager as i was walking out .not recomended and will not go back again

Their food quality is really good . Need to improve a lot on service. I told this to the people serving and they were ready with the excuse saying come back in weekday you will see improve service , weekends are like this. Again this restaurant can become one of the best if they improve their service quality food is really yummy .

Very good restaurant..!! We had vegetarian Thali and Mysore masala dosa. Food was very tasty and the quantity was good. Raj was our server and he took very good care of us. Will call this restaurant a small to medium restaurant. The place was organized and neat. Our lunch was priced just right. We will come back here for sure.

Worst place in terms of service. They lost the 1st order and the waiter came back after 40 mins requesting to place order again!!! The worst part is they started serving food to people who came even long after that. They have some serious management issues.

Its a cosy nook with south Indian feel. They have a table full of unlimited sambhar chutney and curry leaf powder. Food is good but is toned down in spice probably to match the countrys tastes. Overall good place for dosa and bisibele cravings.

The place is very dirty and they even did not keep the things clean which we used to eat like spoons, forks, glasses etc . The environment is not at all healthy. I went with my friend we just left form there within 5 minutes. I felt very bad.

Good was great. Exceed expectations. Loved the chutney bar. Ginger chutney is delicious. Wish you clearly outlined what is vegan a little better and had a few more vegan options from the northern dish choices. Dosas were delicious.

Amazing food but DO NOT LEAVE A TIP with a credit card. The owners get the tips and not the staff members. There is no mention of this in the menu or bill. #FRAUD
