Ah, where to begin. The food: first off, I ordered a Big Bleu burger, medium rare. What I received instead was a well-done, greasy, hastily thrown together pile of self loathing. The flavor (or lack thereof) was reminiscent of a fast food patty, cooked in the grease of meat made 3 days ago, and was otherwise utterly tasteless, save for the occasional hint of bleu cheese. The flavor of Carls Jrs burgers trod over the grave of this poor wasted cow. I had to load up their "special seasoning" on top, and even stole some of my friends guacamole from her dip, just to be able to finish it. I also ordered the BBQ Pork chips, which, albeit better than the burger, still comprised of a deceptively thin dish filled with overcooked and, again, flavorless potato crisps, a thin bit of pork, with scattered dribbles of ballpark nacho cheese, without even the decency to be the good kind. The only part that had any flavor at all was the sauce, and even that tasted like it had come from a Walmart Great Value bargain bin bottle. The drink: this is where this restaurant was absolutely brilliant in their planning. Instead of delivering a water drink AND a flavored drink (raspberry limeade, according to the menu), they broke the secret code of cocktails and combined the two into one drink! Trouble is, it was like drinking watered down soda after its sat out, and the ice cubes have all gone. The flavor was so flooded by water, Al Gore decided to make another video on global warming, and used this drink as a representation of when the polar ice caps melt. The service: although our waitress was friendly, and the food arrived in a jiff, we constantly had to remind her of things we had ordered and were still waiting on, or had to make corrections when they would arrive. Normally, if the place were packed, that is, I wouldnt pay it much mind. Except it was not even half full, and there were almost as many waitresses and waiters as there were customers. In this case, receiving the food fast was probably the root cause of what made it turn out as horrible as it was. Overall, I was highly disappointed. The Red Robin I knew from years past seemed to be a far distant echo in the sorry state the food here was. All I can say is, be careful Red Robin, McDonalds does not like rivals much.

Ive worked at a red robin before and so i called this one to get some information about the application process. Lady: "Thank you for calling Red Robin, my name is Lisa, how can I help you?" Me: "Hi, I would like to speak to a hiring manager please." Lisa: "Hi, my name is Lisa, how can I help you?" Me: "Oh, are you the hiring manager?" Lisa: "All our hiring managers go through an online application process where you apply online and they look at it and call back the best ones." Me: "Ok great, could I speak to one of them?" Lisa: *pause* "My name is Lisa, how can I help you?" Me: "Well, Lisa, Id like to speak to a hiring manager or be told that I cannot." Completely ridiculous. Not a chance in hell i would want to work with "Lisa" or at any establishment that tolerates her continued employment.

Leo, our incredible and attentive server was so helpful and nice that he deserved the 20% tip we gave him. I was actually a little wary about coming to red robins with such low yelp review scores but after last night I cant imagine why such terrible yelp ratings! Leo gave me a custom croissant BLT -without the B , exchanged with sauté mushroom and added an egg! IT was amazing, i finished both sandwiches within seconds! I despise eating sandwiches but boy was this AMAZNG ~! Plus the service ...man cant be anymore happier!

They were really slow, there was a long wait while there were open tables. The time for the server to take our order was long, the time to get drinks, to get food, everything was just in slow motion. Asked for fries to be crispy, they never were brought out crispy, they were falling apart. The server could not/would not process the meal onto my Royalty Rewards, instead she created a new account for me... Is there some kind of reward for signing people up?

Admittedly, I went here when it was fairly newly opened, but it was pretty damn solid for a Red Robin. The burgers we ordered were cooked to our desired temp, the fries were crispy and hot -- overall, a solid little meal. Youre not going to get anything ridiculously amazing here -- youre still working from a "fast casual" restaurant -- but you also wont be too sad you came if youre having a burger itch.

When this place opened up, it was great. But it seems now theyve gotten lazy with customer service and cleanliness of plates and utensils. They havent even offered the rating cards to comment on the quality of service since the 2nd time Ive gone. Dont get me wrong the food is good and the people are nice. But they are just lacking in something easily fixable.

Gluten-free options (I have coeliac) make dining a pleasure and a comfort. Great drink options, excellent tea and smoothies. Burgers to specification, dipping sauces for your fries, all excellent. Comfortable seating, convivial ambience, music and pleasant light levels - neither glaring nor too dim. Great place to bring visiting friends or family.

The burgers are delicious and garlic fries are to die for! On top of that the service is fantastic! Grab a bite here when youre taking a break from mall shopping or just want to make it a destination to enjoy some tasty American cuisine. Highly recommend!

One of the severs was rude one of the times we went but overall its a nice place for burgers and fries. This is my favorite burger place because of the fine cooked burgers. Tables arent always as clean as Id like but its a moderately priced place.

Went today because I wanted a juicy burger. Had to wait 15 minutes when there were five empty tables. Took one bite of my burger dry and way too much bleu cheese (and I love BC). Took off the cheese and lettuce, dogs are enjoying it.

I had the chili cheeseburger last night it was cold but I was hungry so I ate not nearly half ...I woke up about 5 am with stomach problems...so much money and I still have to pay with this horrible pain...never again will I go

The burgers are average. This is a restaurant trying hard to make gourmet sandwiches but doesnt really hit that mark for some reason. It may be good value for money but Id prefer Smashburger or Vortex any day over this.

i went there on sunday for a friend brithday and there were only 4 of us and we had to wait 45min to get our seat they must be so damn lazy or welly slow i will never i mean never go there again the food is very poor

Food is really good....absolutely love the Campfire sauce with the bottomless fries. The service is lacking however. There seems to be plenty of staff, but unable to service clientele efficiently.

They placed us next to their noisy kitchen, the staff has no personality and are not friendly, and dont bother asking for lemon in your water because they charge you for that.
