Worst in & out in California. Took my grandmother out to lunch got in the left lane sat there for 5+ minutes with them not taking our order no cars in front of us, while they helped three cars in the other line, this location is the worst I order extra well done and get a almost raw burgers Ive called in to customer service like 9 times and it just keeps getting worse . I will never eat there again and Im telling everyone I know so they dont get food poisoning. I would rather take a bullet to the head then eat there again they sent me gift certificates the last ones I got I gave to the guys at the post office cuz Im not going to get my family sick

Great place to come and eat and it is open late night! You can make you burgers how youd like them (but only with certain limited items), but they are made very well every single time. The staff is always very friendly and the food is made excellently for every customer. I would recommend having a shake with your meal and some animal style fries! The only gripe I have about this location is how short the drive thru line is, and how the traffic spills out into the street. Other than that, the wait times for the food is not long at all, and the location of this In-N-Out is perfect for everyone.

The place isnt so clean, and decorate as other In-N-Out Burger. The people are fast and attempt to be multitasking. Sometimes, they try to get the flow going, so end up mistake of the order or get the wrong change. Thats what happene to me. If you go there during busy time, my advice is make sure you get the number and your order right. Cause I have to have the argument in front of all the customers who are waiting! I rather go to McDonalds the this place from now on. BTW, if you use credit card and end up over charge you, they will only give you cash back.

it really sucked that they cant get your order right, its frustrating. I clearly heard him tell the other guy grilled onions on one, and regular on the other and they still didnt get it right when i got home. Wait is always long there, but thats okay. Besides messing that up i do like eating there, just want the people working there to show more concern in getting your order right the first time no matter how late it is. other than that id still recommend:)

Rating for drive thru only at this older location. Standard, well-run Inn-N-Out with walk-up and drive thru only. No inside seating. Long lines of cars waiting out into the street but as expected. Orders taken correctly, read back for validation, and prepared as ordered. Appropriate packaging and correct change for payments reflect a staff properly trained and managed. It is still (relatively) fast food so not 5 stars.

My favorite burger place of all to get a nice American burger. The only thing about this location and many others is that it gets super busy during peak hours. Also, they need to fix there driveway structure because it gets tight when pulling in and if youre car is low youll probably scrape the bottom of it. My score reflects more of the facility and I hope they do something about it.

GROSS, ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WALKED INTO THE PREP ROOM AND IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW AND PREP SINK TOOK OFF HIS PAPER CAP AND VIGOROUSLY STARTED TO REALY DIG INTO SCRATCHING HIS SCALP BACK AND FORTH FOR AROUND 20 SECONDS. THE PROBLEM IS I SAW IT AND ALSO SKIN GOES ALL OVER. VERY GROSS. UP UNTIL TODAY I TRUSTED THE HYGIENE AT THIS STORE BUT NOT SO MUCH NOW.

Ive been going to this in n out since I was in middle school and the quality has always been the best. Honestly with the prices they are selling a burger it cant get any better. Must have when I come back home from a trip.

Hidden gem In N Out. Theres usually very little wait compared to the other In N Outs. No indoor seating and parking is kind of poor but the food is great and you never have more than 5 or so cars in front of you per line.

Double-Double with grilled onions, fires and a coke. One the worlds perfect meals. This location (and most in the chain) have a wait, but its always worth it. No indoor seating, just several outside tables.

Great location for a 4×4 animal style and they do not run out of yellow peppers like the Baldwin Park/Covina locations. Bowling spot across the street perfect for first dates and in & out for dinner.

Surprisingly the drive thru lanes were short at 11:30am. I was a bit disappointed this store were out yellow chili peppers which makes my meal complete.
