Staff is terribly slow, its fast food, not sit in your car for 10-15 mins waiting on a frozen burger and fries to be unthawed for the amount of time you could place an order to go from a resturant. The older gentleman at night is very customer service oriented but he is not the type of guy you want customers to see. I have not once went by this place and seen a line that was less than 4 cars deep. Get it together and hire effective leaders.

Came at 3:30 am. Teus, Jan 3rd. Craving the meat lover burrito. Was told "Sorry for the inconvenience, our computers are down right now." Im not stupid. Ive worked food service. Thats code for "Im lazy and dont feel like making orders." Watched him turn 3 other people down as well. Must be nice to get paid to turn away money and do nothing.

Im a little irritated with the customer service tonight. They have a drink called the Jumpin Jack Splash posted all over...the soda machine, at the drive thru window etc but when you present a coupon that was just sent out its been discontinued! She could have at least offered another drink as a replacement..

Xmas eve, 5 people I could see working. 35 min wait just to get to the order board. Another 15 min to get to the window..Sandwich was COLD!!!! Worst service I have ever had. There could NOT have been a supervisor there. If there was they should have been Fired!!!

Food is good, but I always get shorted on the drive thru (missing a burger/fries/chin strips to a meal), oh and most of the time they forget to give you the ranch dip when you get the jalapeño poppers...

It is faster to order in. Vs the drive thru. Sandwiches are small argree with other post that sauce is over powering which leaves your bread/bun soggy. Soda was perfect :)

Its not my favorite Jack in the Box. If your hungry enough it works. The line can be slow and it would be nice if the staff were more useful and pleasant.
