OK so if you want.your order to be delivered incomplete then this is the pizza Hut to order from. We just placed an order 2 hours ago and we ordered and paid for ranch. After 1 hour they deliver our food but no ranch so I call the store and they said they cant send someone with the ranch and they would only give me a $1.50 credit. I know its just ranch but thats what makes the pizza better. The manager named Amber was so unprofessional and didnt offer any help. There were better options to offer but she rudely offered a 1.50 credit which sounds like mocking us. Definitely need better management. Not sure why put an inexperienced unprofessional person as.the manager. UPDATE: So, my friends and I place an order for pick up. After 20 minutes we get there to pick. Our total is $42 and some change and I hand the cashier a $50 bill. Guess what she said! She said it is a large bill and she does not have change for it! I said my total is over forty dollars and you are telling me you dont have $7-8 in change? and then she changed what she was saying, she said they dont accept $50 bills. I said what do you want me to do, she said go next door get change. Anyway, I had to go around the corner to get change and came back to pay. The guy over there in the back was mad because of they way she treated me. Do you wanna her name? Her name again was Amber, the unprofessional, lousy manager...again she game me a headache. Since then I have not purchased from this Pizza hut. Dear owner of this Pizza hut read these reviews and take appropriate actions. I love Pizza hut, but I wont order from a place where the manager does not know how to actually manage.

The service is just aweful paid about $ 50.00 dollars for 2 pizzas with pepperoni bell peppers olives another with ham pineapple and pepperoni both stuffed crust and bread sticks and got stail bread sticks a cheese pizza and and another with onions bell peppers and olives both thin crust so now its going to take 2 hours to get the right pizza maybe we will see I really need to get the general managers phone number this is the worst customer service I have ever received they barely offered something to fix it ok just got the pizza and its ice cold WTF for real never again

Ordered one of those new knot pizzas and it was terrible....the pizza dough was completely raw still. Super bummed because it looked so good on TV....:-( Called them to let them know and they wanted to send out new pizzas or give me a credit for another time. Well unfortunately Im not hungry anymore and second probably never will eat there again, but why couldnt they credit my card back?? They chose every way to make themselves happy and NOT the customer!! Ive never felt compelled to actually review a place before but I had to on this......

Ordered pizza online and waited 1 hr. Called the store and inquired about my order and was told it would be here in 56 min. Cancelled Order immediately. I ordered from here numerous times before and all was good.
