On April 5, 2014, at about 6:30pm I came into the Jamba juice on lone tree in antioch. I ordered 3 smoothies and attempted to use a scratcher for a free baked good. Since I had never used that kind of scratcher before I asked the girl which one could I have. She asked a more senior employee who indicated I could have some kind of Flatbread with cheese on top (he recommended it). Upon completion of my order, the trainee had made some sort of overcharge mistake and the manager Wayne had to be called. He took very long to troubleshoot the issue and began to talk in a condescending manner to the trainee. He furthermore continued to add that my scratcher was not eligible for the baked good that was already ordered. I told Wayne that his employees already said I could have it and that he should leave it with my order (especially since I had to wait so long.) Wayne decided it was fitting to tell me that it was going to be thrown away in the garbage. I dont know your criteria for picking managers, but I doubt that public mistreatment of employees and, even worse, customers is on that list. I come here often with my kids, but I think that may be my last time Jamba juice.

I experience bad service here before but since they got new management everything has changed. I can proudly say ill be coming here a few time/week from now on. I love the orange dream machine, it is awesome!

Location has a strip mall feel with outside seating. The staff is friendly. Try the PB Chocolate Love Whole Food Smoothie. My favorite!
