Really bad service here. I ordered and was told 15min and I ended up waiting 45 min while other customers who came after me got their food and left. I kept asking where is my order and all they said was its still cooking. They were inconsiderate about my time. If I could Id rate this a zero. I love wings top but this one if horrible.

Im very disappointed , I order a 10 PC well done . Once I got my food my chicken was huge and very much undercooked, this is the second time this happened to me at this location. Please get someone with a good eye and can tell when the chicken is not cooked fully . I rather wait the extra mins. Instead of having undone chicken. Ewww

We were very very hungry so we called they did not listen they said "hold" so after we ordered they told us it will take 31min a long time later we got our meal but when we got home it tuned out to be boneless but we did not order boneless it was BIG BULSHIT... Boneless I hate boneless ,we told them not boneless regular.

They do not clean there wings thoroughly, the cashier handed me my cup with her dirty ass hands all on the inside of the cup. Then while drinking her drink, she spilled some on her hand, licked it off and did NOT wash her hands. Will never be there again. And they gave me no ranch for 20+ pieces of wings.

This isnt the first time they served raw chicken. I use to be the gm for this store so recommended it to my mom when so was in the area. She showed me the bloody chicken she bit down into, just glad my name is no longer behind the dumb workers that dont know how to push a timer.

It used to be hella good. But every time I order fries since 2017 there is no seasoning. I ask for extra and they put less. On top of that they keep shorting wings in the combos and pack. I want what I pay for, is that to much to ask?
