Cheap Buddha
Came in for a pizza at 8:15 PM, the employee (her name was Katie) said they werent stocking crazy bread, cheese pizza, or Italian bread that late. I asked for the manager, the manager came in and told me that she had all that stuff in the back, but they still wouldnt sell it to me for some reason. When I got home, I called them to make a complaint about the ordeal, and Katie cussed me out and told me I gave her a great laugh. Hell of a way to run a restaurant! Eat at Mazios instead, they have much better food and service.

Im rating the Searcy store lowest of the lows I have to mark a star just to post but doesnt even deserve this one. Last three times we have placed and order it has been wrong. Have waited for them to be remade. Or the pizza was uneatable, hard crust. Done with little caesars going somewhere else. The Searcy store is loosing so much money by loosing customers and throwing product away due to them being made wrong. Id say this store needs new management leadership and to train there associates.

I just found out theyve been overcharging me for pizza for over a year. I always ask for a "sausage hot and ready" and have been charged nearly $7 each time over the last year. A couple months ago it was over $7. Hot and readies are only supposed to be $5.50. When I asked about it, the guy told me the price had just gone up. The price hasnt actually gone up, this store is just a rip off.

Manager is rude. Yelled because she and the employees made a mistake. Used profanity. Refused to listen to the problem, and refused to give my son his money where they charged him TWICE for a pizza. Manager should have been FIRED years ago. Manager needs to keep hands off the young boys that work there and learn what customer service mean. HORRIBLE. AWFUL.

Have been there multiple times and each time Ive went through the drive threw they either are all in the back or talking to each other. Plus Ive received pizzas on multi occasions that have been burnt big time. They open the box and look at it then hand it to the customer and dont care about the quality of the product. Distasteful

Since zero stars is not an option I went with 1. Bad customer service. Cannot accept a $100 even on orders totaling over $80. Cannot sell more than 4 pizzas to any one person at a time despite having the pizzas available to sell. Product was burnt. Refused to allow me to speak to a manager. Go anywhere else other than here.

DONT GO HERE!!! DRIVE TO CABOT!!! Soooo RUDE!!! NO MANNERS. I HAD TO GET MY OWN RECEIPT. I LIVE IN MCRAE AND WILL DRIVE TO CABOT BEFORE I GO BACK.. Cashier was constantly complaining about her 8 hour day. And was rude to everyone!

Very disappointed..had to bring pizza back..and have it remade..it was not freshly made like I asked for it to be made while I waited in parking lot. This is twice in past 2 weeks the pizza is not fresh.
