I had to call them an hour after I ordered my pizza and it still hadnt left the restaurant yet. When it got here, the pizza was no longer hot, the crust was stale, and they still charged me full price. If I wanted bad pizza, I might as well call Pizza Hut. At least it would arrive in decent time. I know people make mistakes, but to not even offer to rectify it somehow is pretty inexcusable. I wont be ordering from this place again.

Ive never had a bad pizza from Falbo Bros. Im fond of their thin crust, plenty of tasty sauce, ample toppings and the crust is flavorful with great texture. Staff are always pleasant, delivery not super fast but if you pick it up yourself its always been ready on time or before. Beats the big chains everytime.

Delivery, a year ago: Yum. Loads of meat. Yum. High quality bacon. Yum. Weird cheese bread. Yum. Decent price...YUM Update: in store this time. Great lunch prices, but interior could use some sprucing. Ready to eat slices could be hotter, not helped by cold AC blowing on you.

The place was so dirty! Dried mud all over the place, even the walls, and inappropriate conversations talked loudly from the back heard all the way to the eating area by my 6 y/o, and the pizza was gross. I dont typically leave negative reviews, but this was just the worst! :(

I frequent the Iowa City store on Gilbert and I love the pizza. Delivery is sometimes really, really slow but I can understand busy college town nights bogging down drivers. Two big slices and a pop for $4 during lunch hours. Keeps you full till supper.

pizza was good. i ordered online. they forgot the ranch i ordered and refused to deliver it to me. it has been my experience with this place that the food is good and the customer service is bad. if they had brought me the ranch it would get 4 stars.

Hot and Fresh pizza by the slice for lunch. Lunch special is only $5.50 and includes two slices and a drink. Make sure to bring cash as there is a credit card fee unless you spend more than $8

It took a few weeks but the owner did phone, apologize and give me a partial refund for 7 partially burnt pizzas from Thanksgiving evening. Ive had their pizza in the past and it was excellent.

decent pizza with no frills. you can buy by the slice at a good price. decore was probably poor when it was built, and time has not improved it. the people are nice, and i will go back again.

Stop here every time Im in the Iowa City area. Very good, made from scratch pizzas. Since they make them fresh, the wait can be a bit longer, but its totally worth it!

The Falbos pizza I ordered last night might be the best pizza Ive ever had. Amazing tasting pizza, fast service. I recommend chicken and tomato on thin crust.

The crust is absolutely amazing. There are a nice variety of toppings as well. You cant beat the lunch time special either. Get Bens "Other", its delicious.
