I was hesitant due to the location and the name of the restaurant, but dont be as trivial as I was and let that keep you from having some of the best, albeit affordable food in Conway. I went there based off of a recommendation of a friend. We were greeted by a very polite worker who led us to our seats and took our order. The menu wasnt the most extensive that Ive seen, but for a place of that size, it was more than adequate. I had the special for that day which was the hibachi rice ($6.99 for the smaller size) and the best that I describe my experience was pure bliss. The food was comparable to a $30 hibachi meal but for a fraction of the price. It was very well seasoned and absolutely scrumptious. My only wish is that I had ordered the larger meal, as the small meal was consumed in a matter of moments. I can say that Ive found a new place from which to order food because I dont eat fast food anymore, and Narus will be my frequent stop. Lastly, they seem to specialize in sushi as this restaurant has an entirely separate menu that is dedicated to sushi. Im not a sushi fan by any standards, but I did try my friends UCA Roll and I could see myself ordering it in the future. It was that good! PROS: Delectable food, very polite servers, best sushi menu in central Arkansas, great price CONS: They dont deliver (but do offer takeout), the smaller portioned meals are designed for bird eaters and not people who are REALLY hungry SUMMARY: If you enjoy delicious food at a fair price, Narus is the way to go PS: the hibachi rice is comparable to Fujis and Kobes

Was going to give it 5 stars but then this happened; I live in Fayetteville and I went to Conway to spend time with my girlfriend. We wanted to just have some laid back time watching TV while eating some Asian food, so we ordered for pick up here. We order a fried rice with chicken and beef, the lady we were talking to even asked my girlfriend (she was the one calling them) to repeat, which she did. Somehow, the lady only heard chicken, at least thats what she said. So we picked up the food, drove back to our place, when we were saddened to find out the mistake on the order. So we called back, and the same lady, I presume, rudely tried to convince my girlfriend that she only ordered the chicken. I was there when she ordered, it was even on speaker. So I know for sure that she didnt. So they argued for a few seconds, then my girlfriend said "Im telling you that I ordered chicken and beef, and then the lady finds a way to change things a little. If it was a simple mistake I understand, it happens, but at least the customer service must be way better. Simply acknowledge that you didnt hear properly instead of arguing. The food on the other hand is good. So 2 stars because although the food is good, I cannot take disrespect.

Very poor service and subpar food. When I asked the owner/waitress about what the difference was in the $9small and $17large shrimp dishes all we were told was "small has 7, large has more" when I asked how many more she might as well have completely ignored me. So we ordered the large shrimp dish and a "chicken katsu". When the food came out, there were only 9 shrimp....8 more dollars....for just 2 more shrimp. The meats on both our meals were overcooked, the dry sliced chicken breast and the rubbery overdone shrimp. When I asked the owner/waitress why it was so much more, she changed her story now saying that they portion the shrimp by weight. It would have been far less insulting if she had just given us a straight forward answer. That on top of a $40 bill is completely unreasonable.

Every single time, without fail, that I order takeout from this place, it is wrong. I just paid $10.00 for an Asian Salad that was supposed to come with strawberries, blueberries and almonds; I got a box of lettuce and two small pieces of tuna instead. Ive called and let them know several times that they have made a mistake and they refuse any attempts at making it right with me; management asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" in the most hateful, condescending tone I have ever had used on me from a place of business before when I called them a few minutes ago. You would think as small a place as they have that they would want to keep customers. Tonight is the last night that I will ever order from them or go eat at their establishment.

Great fresh sushi. I would highly recommended the Volcano Roll if you want something with a little heat or the Arkansas River Roll for a sweeter flavor. Many choices to choose from. And if sushi isnt your thing there are many other options. The chicken fried rice is to die for and the serving size is well worth the price. I often order take out from here and it never takes more then 15 to 20 minutes for them to have my order ready. However, if you dun in during lunch I diner hours you will find yourself with a long wait to recieve your food. The alcohol is way over priced but that usually happens when you want to have a drink in a dry county. Over all though the experience is pretty great.

One roll of sushi will fill you up. They are pretty big. Tokyo Drift is my favorite so far! Service was kind of blah though. GF ordered the Mongolian beef that was supposed to have green onions and red peppers... Didnt see one... we asked the waitress about it and she basically looked at us like we were speaking Latin. She admitted that it was missing it and basically raised her shoulders. Waitress could have told us since she knew, but she didnt. Dish tasted like old beef stew that was reheated in the microwave. Sushi: 4/5 Service: 1/5 Food: 2/5 Restaurant: 3/5

Will NEVER be going back. First time I had ever been was today with my dad and stepmom we sat down during lunch and the older Chinese lady was our server and was VERY RUDE from the start. We asked if we could substitute the soup for a salad and her response was flat out rude and not to mention everytime we kept trying to ask her questions she kept saying Ill just come back so my dad had enough and we left without ordering. Maybe yall should teach your servers customer service and your business would do a whole lot better.

Last few times I went things went wrong. Multiple times either I waited the time given for my takeout to ne ready only to arrive and find that they havent even started on my order yet (as in they forgot) or I get there and Im forced to wait 25-45 minutes before someone will get to me so I can pay and receive my order. I use to love this place and still love the food, but the big decline in customer service will keep me from going there again.

Took 15 minutes to get 3 waters with no ice, an additional 21 minutes to get an order of Orange Chicken. Music playing included fowl language and the main waitress lady argued with me when I asked her to turn the television channel which had shown three murders during our 36 minutes we were there so far. Not a place to take children with the very adult shows and music. The waitress was extremely rude. I will not ever be returning.
