Terrible experience... resolved by owners. My family went in for waffle cones, and the man who was helping us told us there were none. I told him that someone was making waffle cones, and I pointed to them. He said they were for tomorrow. At the cash register, I told the cashier I wanted waffle cones, and I pointed and told her I would see waffle cones from where I stood. She said nothing but asked for payment. When I stood outside to take a photo of the cones, he came to the front, grabbed the waffle cones, and threw them in the trash in front of us. I am mortified at how terrible the experience was... horrible business! We will not return, and well make sure to share our experience widely! Edit: I contacted the owners via Facebook, and they explained that they were on vacation at the time of our visit. They said that they love their customers and promised to make it right. Upon their return, they reported that the man responsible for our experience was reprimanded and demoted, that the girl making waffle cones was terminated since it was her second offense, and that supervisors and employees would receive training regarding the incident. They also stated that they would send a gift certificate in hopes that we would return. Today I received the gift certificate, just more than equal to our expenses that evening, and we will give them another chance. Im relieved to know that the owners stand behind their business and work to resolve customer complaints. Thank you!

It smells soo amazing in here when you walk in. The variety of candies they have are AMAZING. I got an assortment for my husband for his 40th bday. I will come back, however it was really sad not one person was helpful, or even remotely cheerfull. I did not even get greeted by the young lady making candies in the front and the other behind the counter just stood and looked at me until i ordered even after saying hello didnt get an answer. Anytime Id say something I wanted she grabbed it put it in the bag and looked at me. Not one word was spoke until i got I got fudge (she said you get one slice free, which was awesome)and then the total. I will come back bc the product is great but man the customer service needs some help. To great of a place to have such unenthusiastic, happy, helpful people. I mean who doesnt want to make treats and work in a place this awesome.

We have been coming to Kilwins since they opened, maybe a couple times a month. The last two times we have been here the employees have been less than helpful and extremely rude and condecsending. Both times when ask about the sugar free ice cream we were told "we are not putting any out today". The previous customer service we enjoyed is gone. This business cannot survive on good ice cream alone. If we experience this lack of customer satisfaction a third time, we will not be back. There are too many other places we can spend our money.

My wife and I visited kilwins last night, let me say this even though we are on strict diets this place is heaven. The fudge is AMAZING! and the caramel apples are the best! The gentleman making the caramel was very polite and professional. Will definitely be back even tho my diet doesnt allow it. Great atmosphere as well!

If youre ever in Downtown Little Rock and in the mood for something sweet, Kilwins Little Rock is the place to go to! They have delicious treats of all kinds and the environment there is very homey. As soon as you walk in, someone greets you. Not to mention, the store smells amazing! You will not regret going to Kilwins!

BEST DESSERT IN LITTLE ROCK! If you havent been to Kilwins do yourself a favor and go. It is so neat. They make all of their own old candy right in front of you. Watching them make fudge, caramel apples and dipping cookies and candy is a sight to see. Fun for the whole family! Friendly staff. LOVE IT!

I was visiting the area and decided to take an evening walk. Stopped in and had some delicious ice cream and tasted a few chocolates. Staff were nice even though my toddler had a complete meltdown in the middle of the floor.

Ive been to this location twice and did not enjoy either time. The staff was unprofessional and talking/joking loudly amongst themselves. Fudge and other items are mediocre and a little overpriced.
