Aweful service HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ALWAYS GET CAKES FROM HERE BUT TODAY THEY WOULDNT TAKE MY ORDER TLD ME TO GO ONLINE WHICH I CAN NOT BECAUSE I HAVE SPECIAL REQUEST! WAS TOLD BY SOME LOUSY MALE EMPLOYEE THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. BEEN HOURS NO CALL BACK AND I GUESS THEY TOOK THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK BC NOW THE LINE IS BUSY. I WILL JUST CONTACT CORPORATE ON THIS LOCATION BC THEIR LOOSING MONEY!!!!

My daughter ordered 2 scoops Reeses peanut butter cup ice cream in a cone. She licked it and found She was given some kind of nutty coconut. After telling the guy behind the counter this was the wrong ice cream he dumped it back into the ice cream barrel and gave her the correct kind!!!! AFTER SHE LICKED IT!! Horrifying!! Ill never go back to that place! Beware!!

The service was good the ice cream was wonderful they made it exactly like I like it and I would go back again tomorrow at 4 oclock thank you thank you but Miss Mary said it was extremely wonderful and she would go back every day at 2 oclock well I take that back she said shes going to go back right now

Besides the trouble with taking our orders (wrong cones for the kids, resulting in meltdowns), the server smashed my daughters cone while putting the scoop of ice cream in it. We ordered two single scoops and two kid scoops, but were charged for five regular scoops.
