Worst Flying J, EVER. Pumps were ringing up before I began pumping gas. I finally complained about the 3rd time it happened. The cashier got irritated with me and exclaimed, its only 10 cents. I asked her, how many other 10 cents a day are you guys getting? She gave me my dime and after a complaint to the proper agency, it stopped. I recently tried to purchase propane. I tried calling from the tank area on the phone which they provide. Noone would answer. I finally went inside. 3 female employees were behind the counter at one end. One was helping a customer while the other two were cackling away about the Kardashians. I asked about filling my propane tank. Much to my surprise, before one of them answered, who was actually the shift manager, she answered the phone. It was the propane island phone. She told the patron on the other end that no one was available for propane for half an hour. It was 0915. When I asked her, she said 20-30 minutes, he wasnt in yet. There were at least 5 or 6 employees there. None of them including her could do it. WHAAAATTT??? A manager should know how to perform all of the duties at their job or have the necessary tools to get it done. 30 minutes later, the other patron and I went in to ask, again. This time, she said it would be another 20 to 30 minutes and maybe 40 and she was snootie about it!! I left to Walmart where it was cheaper, easier and quicker to do a tank exchange. I used to drive out of my way to go here. Im never going back to this FJ, for anything, ever again.

I have been patronizing this place for 8 months now. They have diesel, propane, RV dump, lots of parking, standard deli & convenience store. And I must disagree with others review of the showers. The showers were so clean and nice that I forgot to wear my shower shoes! (Ive used over a dozen different stalls.) Dennys has free wifi for an hour during your meal. Yes, its a crap shoot: just cross your fingers and hope you get a good waitress. And dont give ANY of them your credit card to take away to pay your bill. But thats anywhere these days... Twice Dennys wifi hasnt worked when I was there, but Flying J has wifi available for purchase. Easy off & on the interstate, unlike the middle exit with the stupid stop lights that take forever to cycle.

Sucks ! Ate my meal then went to the restroom. Came out of the rest room and their pointing at me saying , there he is. Waitress comes to me and says you need to pay your bill before we call the police ! I said what, you cant even go to the bathroom here. Thats rediculas ! These Indians are just yous to the Indians walking out without paying for their meal ! I have never ! They should more so worry about denny - Indian employees stealing the food ! As I seen some do. They put 10 steaks in bag and put in outside garbage, then, mysteriously a car pulls up and sifts thru til they find the steaks. Wow, what a coincidence.

10/3/14 What I joke this place is, I was seated in the restaurant at 4:30 am at 4:50 she comes to my table & tells me the cook went home. Ill avoid this place in the future #2 1/3/15 gave it another try & nothing has changed, if anything its got worse , this place is in desperate need of management, its a pig sty inside & out the bathroom is disgusting, the food area at the register was mostly empty at 6:00 pm & what was in there looked gross , the same with the soup & hotdog area, save yourself the trouble. this is hands down the worst flying j I have ever been in.

The center its self is 3 stars but I give it 1 because of the black guy that is usually working at the Cinnabon....he is the only person across the nation who REFUSES to re-heat in the oven and not the microwave...we dont eat radiated food from microwaves....Ive been told by numerous other locations across the country who will reheat gladly in the oven that it is just plain LAZINESS and bad customer service.

What a joke pumps slow nothing to wash Windows went twice inside to get someone full wash buckets after an hour waiting to fuel still couldnt clean Windows its winter time pull you heads out and hire someone that really wants to work you can tell the managers dont take their jobs serious guess its just another flying dump

Avoid this place at all costs. My family, traveling east, stopped there and refueled their two vehicles. The fuel was contaminated. They only got a few miles down the road before the engines were disabled. Six other vehicle owners have experienced the same thing and Flying J will not accept responsibility.

Very user friendly. We have a 39ft MH w toad. Dedicated rv pumps either gas or diesel. Great price. Lowest we found on our entire trip from California to Tennessee. Very clean bathrooms. Soup and chili bar. Pleasant and helpful staff. Easy off n easy on freeway.

Loved the easy gas up n coffee is always good. Sorry to have to give negatives on the bathrooms..terrible I realize they have no control over people who are dirty n leave messes....they need to monitor bathrooms more often.

The pumps are not working well and things need to be fixed and the efs checking system is messed up to. But otherwise the people and the staff and Denneys also is cutting back on there portions on there food.

Only stopped here because I only had 2 mins left of drive time. They have a country fried steak dinner not bad. Also there is another dusty looking restaurant or something right under the overpass

Dennys was good, it was 3am so not busy, nice waitress, good food. Actually found a parking spot at this time of morning. Drivers lounge, laundry room, CAT Scale, the usual Flying J amenities...

Nasty, filthy showers, rude staff, since restaurant became Dennys the food is crud, the servers sre worse...trying to get propane is impossible and the shower had vomit on the drain. Yuck!!

Not many truckers there and still had to wait 30 minutes for a shower. Then after unpacking my bag and undressing the shower was ice cold. Never stop again.

Gas is cheap, I like the quick snacks & the selections of beverages... Most importantly, I love the massage chairs they have by the restrooms near Dennys...

Gray was a terrific server. There are 11 of us in our cross country group and he handled us with no problems! The food was good and just as we ordered.

Surprisingly clean and reasonable prices. Breakfast sandwiches were what you would expect from a gas station. They have a cinnabon in the gas station.

What a crappy place (dont stop here unless you have too !!!! Fuel desk is rude and disrespectful. Showers are nasty and if you try to park good luck.

usually is a good place, but it wasnt today. the shower was dirty and the toilet seat was splashed everywhere. just had a bad experience this time.
