So this review is based off of a couple visits. Basically these employees are horrible with the exception of a few. Once I went through the drive thru and there were no employees there to answer the speaker box they were most definitely open it was around 9 am. A man that spoke broken English opened the back door and just said no one showed up. WOW Another visit we pulled up to the park and order section and the workers could obviously see us and we pressed the button and had no answer it was working because the light was on. So we gave them a break thinking mayber it was broken and we couldnt tell from the out side so we moved to another and tried again. Still nothing and we could see them just goofing around. This final visit they completely "lost" our order but took 25 minutes to inform us. Try harder when hiring new staff members. Always remember you do work in customer service and you should at least attempt to make the visit a pleasant one!

Horrible experience! Customer service was very rude at first refused to take my order because they were closing in 20 minutes! But they did eventually decide to take it after pointing out that it was 20 minutes to close and I would contact the 1800-# for customer service, Then made my order wrong which I think was done "purposely"!! When handing out my order I asked for a spoon were once again I was refused one because they said they dont give spoons for a shake! After that the excuse was they didnt have one, I didnt receive my recipe so I tried getting the attention of the person that handed my order out taping on the drive thru window!mind you thats where I was to begin with and they proceeded to ignore as if I wasnt there and never returned to the window to see what I needed!! Completely unbelievable to me"! I will never go back not will I suggest anyone to go there!! I would hate if they might be treated like this as Well!

I wish I could give a negative star rating because 1st off was the extreme lack of customer service 35 min in the drive thru Damn then I get a strawberry limeade with no ice so I turn around and go back they take care of it joking I say should I check the food before I leave again the manager says to me no I know what you ordered it was a Strawberry Limeade a chili cheese Coney and chili cheese tater tots its all there youre good I get home and I have two chili cheese Coney that look like theyve been sitting out in the sun for a couple of days they were different colors will not go back ever again

This is over several visits.Chicken sandwhich with raw chicken had to take it back.Cookie dough masterblast no cookie dough.Half price shakes after 8p always out of whipped cream. So last night was the last straw went there to get vanilla bean creamery shake.they say they are out of them (Sunday)I ask for mozzerella sticks out of them,I ask for a large choclate malt out of them. Then I ask for a brownie cookie dough masterblast out of cookie dough!! I left!!!!! This is the worst service,always out of things!! Wont go back there again!! Gave them so many chances and nothing has changed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im a Sonic lover and on my way to the lake I seach on my GPS for a Sonic and I found this location. so I decide stop by to get some food and run! thats was my plan. but as soon I get there and I click the button a really sweet voice answerd me, she took my order and everything was quick, fresh and hot!!! then my son told me that He needs to go to the restroom and I really do not like fastfood restrooms but this time these guys really impress me. the restroom were clean and no smell on them.. I do not know what else to tell.. EVERYTHING GREAT! Good job guys and thanks!

I usually like to go to the one on Crismon because this one sucks so bad. Every time I come here Im disappointed by the quality of food and customer service. I never write reviews but I felt I had to to hopefully keep people away from this location. Just now I decided to go there because its two miles closer to my house and they were out of 10 items! How can you be out of ten different items? And they were just straight up out of ice cream!!! This place should seriously just be shut down as it is an embarrassment to the Sonic franchise!

Food is good, service is ok. Be careful they have a habit of charging for things the menu says are included! Examples of my experiences are the menu says iced coffee comes with one flavor add in but I was charged for chocolate same thing with the candy slushies, menu says one flavor add in and one candy add in included but I was charged for the candy. Ive only had this issue at this location but multiple times at all times of the day so it isnt just one person it seems like the while staff isnt familiar with the menu.

Waited 15 minutes just to order the food, there was 1car in front of me waiting to order, 3 cars waiting to pick up food, the lady in front of me got pissed and left, I finally ordered and it just took an additional 10 minutes to serve one car in drive through. Still 2 cars before me. Sad face sonic! I will be sticking to anywhere else in AJ. The sonic in Mesa on southern takes maybe 10 minutes in and out even when busy! Crappy crappy job

Went in at 11:30 and everything was fresh and made to order. Sorry for swinging by right before closing time! I love all of the food here but never will get onion rings again after a few different instances of the batter on them tasting like deep fried cake batter. They said it was supposed to taste like that but it used to taste normal. The onion rings from other parts of the state taste normal.

Bacon cheeseburger toaster. White bread, not Texas toast. Soggy falling apart. Warmed up, not toasted. Meat was warm not hot. onion rings over cooked. Asiago Cesar chicken club. Warm chicken, microwaved not grilled. Soggy bread. No cheese. Order at 11:19 food arrived at 11:37. 18 minutes for microwaved food.. also no napkins to top it off. $24.73 for this crap. No go sonic no go.

Im their around 8am. The young man that works their is very polite and well mannered. They ran out of large cups so they gave me a route 44 instead. I was so happy because I stopped going to Burger King for the same thing except they gave me a small cup when they ran out of medium. Why am I expected to pay for there mistake on ordering. Im so happy with sonic.

Service was very slow, a lot of goofing off by employees witnessed while there although one kid was running his butt off. Ice cream was already melting by the time it was served. Took 10 minutes for them to take our order and another 15 before we got the order and we were there at 9:00 at night. Hate to see this place during their busy hours!

I normally dont have a problem with sonic but today i went and got the same two meals i normally get and it took 30 mins to get it when it only has ever taken like 15 mins tops. On top of that my food was ice cold and the chicken was MOSTLY chunky and it was gross and my tatertots were stale not to mention the half way filled the container.
