Out of towner here. Was barely acknowledged when ordering, and they were out of a lot of stuff. Music was inappropriate for a setting with children. The staff mostly spoke to each other and not the customers. They spoke in Spanish, and said maybe three things in English to usher the customers along. To top it off, two off the employees kissed in front of me as one of them was ringing me up. Not sure if this is a common thing in Vail, but it was a bit of a shock to someone not from here.

Skimped on meat and veggies. I dont eat a lot so when Im still hungry after eating a foot long sandwich, some thing is wrong. Main employee didnt speak English and was having things translated for him by a woman behind the counter with a child. A child shouldnt be near the food, sorry. And then handling money with gloves on and then handling the food again. To top it all off, this place doesnt even have a bathroom! This place should really be shut down by the health department.

Horrible job at listening to how i wanted my sandwich. Too much mustard when i said light mustard.... only tasted mustard in every bite. Never going back to that store.
