The variety of food here is awesome, lunch is the best time to go when its busy, that is when the food is freshest. At lunch they have steamed/baked talipia that goes great with fried rice and is a lot better than the dry salmon they serve at dinner hours. Staff for the most have been very friendly. However what really kills what could easily be the best Chinese buffet in town hands down is the inconsistencies with how well the food is cooked. Some days I have come in and tell myself Im never going back, then a friend or family member will want to eat here and somehow its spot on. Sometimes the broccoli is under cooked, mushrooms are cold and the fried shrimp is under fried that it still has raw dough or the large spring rolls will be super chewy and tough to eat. Another gripe is how often they keep drinks filled, Ive often gone 5 - 10 minutes with an empty cup. A self serve soda machine would be a really really nice addition and lastly you have to pay your server, which is a huge hassle when its busy because they are too busy serving other patrons etc that your often waiting to get the check which they drop off and dont return for sometime, paying by check card makes this an even longer process.

I have eaten here many times. Around the time they first opened, their egg rolls were horrible, but, theyve improved. Their coconut shrimp is often too dry and kind of gluey, but, still tastes good. The breaded zucchini and pot stickers keep me coming back. In other words, its not perfect, but, overall, its pretty good, with some things that are great and a few that are not that good, but, still edible and, so, not tragic. I have never gotten sick from eating here, which is more than I can say for some buffet places. UPDATE: After reading the other reviews and writing my own, I was inspired to go here with my sister. The price was very reasonable for what was on offer. This was for lunch. $7.95 per person. Not sure if they charge extra for a drink as we both got water. Combined their won-ton and egg drop soup, which are so good together that I had to increase my estimation of this restaurants worth. I will say the food itself was hot when I put it on my plate, but, it did cool rather quickly because the room, itself, was pretty cool. Which means, to get warm food, one should put less on ones plate and make more trips, so this restaurant comes with a built-in exercise plan!

Shouldve known it would be a disaster when, as my family and I were walking in, we were greeted by a sign that said, "you will be charged by the pound for wasting food." They must deal with much food waste. And its understood once you begin to make your way around the buffet isles. Everything tasted the same, item after item, the flavors were all the same: bland. And it appeared that everything had been sitting around for a while. Nothing was fresh. The tab came out to $70 for 6 people. I would have gladly paid twice this for higher quality food, but instead I overpaid for this buffet. Especially since only two of the 6 eaters went back for seconds. The only reason I finished my second plate is because I didnt want to pay extra for "wasting" food. honestly, the food had already been wasted. The decor was nice, though. Will never return.

Hi to all the people who eat here! Just a warning, a couple of days ago we were eating at this restaurant and when we got out from the restaurant, our truck was broken into; things were stolen, etc. I went back inside to tell the employees about it and they didnt seemed surprised, all I got were blank faces. I asked if they had surveillance cameras and they didnt! I know they arent responsible for the break in, but at least they should put up some type of surveillance system to prevent this from happening to other people and catch those thieves. Im putting 3 stars because I do like the food here, its amazing! But I do feel they need to fix this; I mean as a business you would try and fix the problem, to have your costumers come back right? Thanks for taking the time to read this!

I took my family here for dinner. The food was better than average with the typical asian buffet selection. Empty trays werre filled fast. The salad items and fruit on the salad bar and desert counter were extremely fresh. The buffet counters were extremely clean and in good repair. The staff was polite and efficient. My iced tea never went below half full and plates were taken away very quickly... but the staff never really made themselves a nuisance. Heres the issue.... The mens room was like something out of a "Saw" movie. It smelled horrible, it was dirty, the mirrors were scratched, the trash was overflowing, and I think I saw poo on the wall. It was friggin nasty. I feel less clean after washing my hands in there. Napalm might be the only way to fix that.

I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. Looks like internet trolls, because U Like Buffet is AMAZING. First off, I was completely wowed when first walking in. The huge wall fountain is stunning and the decor is beautiful. Even the food serving stations are awesome, one of them in the shape of a boat! My son loved that. Its a very clean restaurant and the staff is hard-working and friendly. And of course, the food is delicious! I tried Pho for the first time today and am a huge fan. The orange chicken, chicken and broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken was yummy too. Loved the egg rolls, the won ton soup and the salad buffet. My son loved the pizza! All in all, a great place to eat. Worth every penny. Do not listen to those awful reviews. Try it out for yourself.

My family and I would go here occasionally for lunch or dinner but during our last visit the hostess refused to seat us in a booth , which we need for our handicap daughter. I told her if she couldnt seat us in one of the many booths that were open we would have to leave and eat someplace else. Instead of seating us in a booth she proceed to let us leave to find a new place to eat. Their loss. There is a better buffet on Wilmot on the right hand side about half a mile north of this place. Way better atmosphere and better food as well. Wish we had found the other place first. Its called Super buffet and Bbq .. also the restroom in Ulike buffet looks like something from a bad movie, youre affraid to touch anything cause you may catch a disease.

I am sitting here as I type this waiting for my family to finish using the bathroom which by the way is disgusting. The walls are covered in crap and so are the toilets. It smells like an abandoned gas station. Lets get onto the food, there wasnt a big selection. The chicken mostly either tasted like...crap or was nothing but fat. All their desert had loads of other food in it or was slimy. Lets not forget that they want to automatically apply a "gratituity" charge a.k.a tip and then have the audacity to ask for a tip as well when no one did anything. And I mean nothing. They sure were fast to take our payment off the table but our table was covered in plates. This is the biggest waste of $42.00 for my small family of 4. DO NOT GO HERE.
