STAY AWAY! Worst experience I have had since I got to El Paso! By far. The food smelled and tasted as though it had been sitting out for hours. The waiter brought out 1 of 3 drinks and then proceeded to ignore us. Not the type to dine and dash, I asked for management. I politely informed them that I would be willing to pay for half the cost of the meals we didnt eat and drinks we didnt recieve. They feigned lack of understanding and when I asked for someone who spoke better English, I was not at all surprised to discover that no one could be located in the entirety of the establishment. Much to my chagrin, I ended up paying the total amount "owed" of over $30 simply to escape the people, the place, and the atmosphere. And the smell, I simply have no words. Montezuma may have, in fact, found his way into Texas and found the perfect place to set up shop to continue exacting his revenge. I say again, STAY AWAY. Dine at your own risk.

Podria darle un 4 estrellas, la comida esta rica el mole no lo desmenuzan bien pero sabe rico, el servicio es muuy bueno excepto por un cajero que antes era mesero que se llama jose o no se pero le dicen pele, es de lo mas prepotente, trata mal a los otros trabajadores en frente de la gente, es muy llevadito y aparenta buen costumer service pero es muy nefasto

If youre craving Mexican food, this buffet is a great balance between price, quality, and service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. You eat before first paying which is a great thing if youre starving. The quality of the food is pretty solid out of all the selection they have. They have a quantity over quality approach when it comes to their selection. A good 80% of the food I had was very tasty. Remember that it is a buffet and some food may sit out for a little while. The buffet per person is around $10 which is decent. The location is also very accessible.

Went 10/22/16 cost was expensive. $10.16. OMG was so disgusting looking at the buffet the menudo didnt taste like it ,the fruit was old my, green chili con carne horrible had cows tongue the tacos burned only potatoes in it.flautas hard and burned. Had less food than the last time if u like that kind of food its OK but if Hells kitchen guy was there he would of closed the place down.

Horrible place very unsanitery food looks like it has been there all day plates and spoons very dirty with food still on them do not take your family here to eat. The people there hurry you to eat when they are busy and have a line of people waiting not worth your money!!!

For traditional Mexican eatery enjoy their chile rellenos, mole, Chile Colorado n many more. Desserts such as arroz con leche, flan, n fresh fruit are a must to try. Buffet is great n so are their prices of 10.60 us tax. Go prepared to eat n stay awhile.

With their large(st) selection of delicious Mexican food, shrimp cocktail and a dessert bar filled with fruits, jello, pudding and Mexican rice pudding make this restaurants buffet one of the best buffets in town. Its sure to please your taste buds.

The steak on the buffet was fatty, grizzly, and cooked until it managed to also be as dry as jerky. The rest of the food was delightful and the service was great until the place got crowded.

Los Gallegos has great mexican food, buffet as well. The food has quality ingredients, thick cut jalapenos, really good chile rellenos. I come back here time and again for good mexican food.
