The place "looked clean." after sitting and selecting my choices i see the kids droiling into the self serve ice cream,and sticking there hands into the tubs of ice cream.Next i watched the sushi chef make a fresh order of california roll then go to put it into the spot where it is to be taken only to dip in into the water ( from where the warming trays are)the sushi gets soaked he gets another tray( knowing he should toss and make new) takes the already contaminated sushi and places it on another dry tray.to be eaten by unsuspecting customers.Are you kidding? The waiter staff are very much attentive,unfortunely for them the kitchen staff isn`t .And the bathroom are so,so .Last place i will be ever going back to.Good luck.Oh and nice TV commercial thats how we found the place.

I would of gave them a higher rating but how can a buffet not carry two staple items "general tsos and white rice" ?! I asked. Its not that they ran out they say the owner changed up the menu and didnt want to keep the same items all the time a man coming from the kitchen told me. Oh is that so? Then take down the pictures that have this on your website and also remove it from your menu online. Other items were good and the rest of my party was satisfied but I just left disappointed since we do not go out to eat occasionally... more like very rarely! I will try the other buffet up the road sometime I bet they wont take best seller items off their buffet line.

Went to eat there with my family, placed looked clean, UNTIL we found a worm in the food. We called over the staff to show them, we requested for a supervisor/owner/manager. But the employee said there wasnt one available. Was not trying to get a free meal. Paid for bill . The employee tried to take the warm away so we wouldnt leave with it, we didnt hand it over. We just left and reported it to the health department. All they did was denying it was worm. If i would recommend this restaurant to other people? EWW NO..

This is the second time I visited this buffet. The 1st when they first opened and I said I would never come back. Well, that was a long time ago and I was passing by so, I thought I would try them one more time. The food has improved, the staff was very nice. The plain white rice was very gross so, I asked for the rice to be replaced and they happily do so. I will say u-like is down the street and the food there has gone down the drain therefore, I would say give East buffet a try for lunch. Not bad for 8 dollars.

The best oriental buffet in Tucson, offering a teppanyaki station ( also all you can eat ), oysters ( a personal favourite and freshly shucked ), mussels, clams and a strong selection of Chinese-American takeout favourites. All served in a clean environment. In the four times Ive been here for dinner the food has never tasted old or off. Incredible value at $12. Please never remove the oyster offering! I wish they served Chinese style steamed fish though.

This must have been the most AWFUL food ever! The service was GREAT & FRIENDLY, but the food was so DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTING...just couldnt wait to get out of there. Food wasnt authentic or tasty... I thought to myself no one from any type of cooking experience would make such gross tasting items. Most of the dishes were watery and unappealing!!! BIG WASTE OF CASH!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Just too bad!!!

Ive been here a few times since it opened. This particular location has been through several different restaurants over the years and theyve always been pretty good, I think the location itself is just easy to miss since its away from the road a bit behind a corner. Buffet has a good selection and a good amount of seafood in particular which is hard to find in a buffet like this.

Friendly staff, good selection of items. I went at about 8:15pm on Tuesday night (they close at 9pm)! They still had a good selection of fresh items and the wonderful young woman Tracy said they would make anything I wanted fresh. True to her word I asked for Lo Mein and within in minutes she brought a fresh plate of steaming succulent noodles. Never once did I feel rushed.

Probably my new favorite buffet in Tucson. All of the things one looks for in a buffet--freshness & quality, variety, & great service--are here in abundance. Not easy to find the first time, but a great place to fill up before or after shopping at nearby Tucson Mall, if their food offerings arent to your liking.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in tucson. Had sesame chicken and you can actually taste the chicken. Also it looks like chicken unlike other Chinese restaurants where you cant tell whether you are eating chicken or something else. So I rate this place 5

One of the best... Their food and selection is amazing. They keep it fresh and go out of their way to present new dishes. More authentic than any other buffet in town. This is one of my favorites and I will keep coming back.

Service was good Food was okay, but for the price we could have gone somewhere else. The bathrooms were not clean, son had to go in the girls bathroom because the mens was clogged. And the worst it was super hot inside! :(

Food was not bad and the place looked clean, but about the time we were finishing our lunch, a huge cockroach ran across the floor and under the booth my kids were sitting in. Not coming back!
