Definitely worth stopping by if youve never had In-N-Out, but it doesnt quite live up to the hype. The positives: - Quick service considering how busy they were. Someone was walking along the line of cars taking orders preemptively to get people through quicker. - Food was edible and I am no longer hungry after eating it. - Food is very photogenic. The negatives/neutrals: - Fries were sub-par. They werent BAD, so to speak, but I think I could literally get fries from any other place Ive ever eaten (except for the smiley face fries from school lunch) and I would enjoy them more. - Burgers were okay. Five-Guys burgers are better. My wifes burger was undercooked. - The burgers had a bun-colored second layer of paper covering them inside the initial paper sleeve. I would have bit right into it if my wife hadnt pointed it out. Overall, the food was decent, but I could get a burger at Five-Guys or Zips back home in Washington and be more satisfied with it.

There is this tremendous amount of praise that surrounds In N Outs burgers. As someone from Colorado, In N Out really intrigued me and when I came down to ASU, I had to get a bite. Well, for a fast food restaurant, the praise is well deserved. While its certainly not the best burger Ive had, the burgers are undeniably good. The fresh meat and cheese, paired with fresh onions, and topped with a delicious sauce makes for an excellent combination. The restaurant is also very clean and a good environment to eat. However, due to its popularity, In N Out is almost always full and demand is always high. It can take a little while to get your order and, while customer service is great, it takes them a while to finish everyones order. Overall, good restaurant, amazing burgers, but it may take a while to get yours.

I ate here when I was very young, and went to the east coast where I was only able to dream about eating here again. I was seriously let down. The fries were not good at all because they were dry enough to wonder if they were even fresh, and the burger tasted like a mass produced one from another popular chain. The bun was good, but the meat was thinly sliced and nearly crispy. The first bad food Ive had since returning to the west side.

Parking lot is a nightmare. People smoking on the patio where we were eating. Food was good. Normally have to ask for well done fries, as occasionally get some soggy fries at other In-N-Out locations. I got regular, my wife got well done. The well done were REALLY WELL DONE. Almost like potato chip level done. I kinda liked it, she wasnt the biggest fan. Lots of rowdy college kids out in the parking lot and patio.

Okay, so, this is my first time ever at an In-N-Out Burger. Im from and live in the East Coast. This was amazing. This was the Wawa of burgers. I cant believe Ive been missing this my whole life, and now have to live without it again. Im so struck by grief just writing this review knowing I wont be able to have it again anytime soon. This is truly terrible, but the burgers were amazing.

Just pulling away from the in and out drive-through getting ready to eat my burger and where do I see crawl out of there, an 8 legged unwanted topping! Freaking disgusting!!!! I lost my appetite... all shaken up and going to be calling the health department and an attorney on Monday! Thats just as unacceptable as can be on there behalf, specially more so when being a food establishment!!!!

My first choice for burger and fries because of the price and quality. You cannot get a better deal and taste anywhere else. Im a huge nutritious so getting my double double protein style is important. Also the fries are freshly cut; most people dont like the fries because its simple cut potatoes and fried. I think this is the best place for simple burgers and excellent, fast service.

I usually come here after work, around 9-10pm. All I can say, is the service around this time is TERRIBLE. I have been here earlier in the day and my drive throughwalk in service is typical. Come after 9pm, weekends do not matter (probably worse) expect a drive through line that rivals the most expensive sit down restaurants. Try for yourself, this place is sub par at best,

They need to stay open passed last call! This is one of the best In N Outs in the valley. It will take awhile to get your food though because it is always SUPER packed. Their service is always good, repeating your order to you multiple times so they get it right. My advice, get a 3 by 3 with grilled onions and animal fries with no spread! Perfect hangover cure!!

Before yesterday, I LOVED In-N-Out Burger. My family and I got burgers and fries, late in the evening. My husband got really sick real early in the morning. My guess food poisoning. He was sick all day. I call to get my refund and I get bad customer service. The guy didnt apologize for our experience or nothing. Then just hung up. Really rude.

I had to try this as soon as I moved into town since Id heard so many good things. The double-double cheeseburger I got was OUTSTANDING, However, given that their menu only has a few offerings I didnt expect to wait 20 minutes for it. Maybe they were having an off day. The food was so good that Ill be back to give it another shot!

Pretty good food! Just came here from Minne & I wanted a little taste of home. I was feeling hungry later on in the day after doing a little shopping & derping around town. We are on a holiday as we are going to do a bit of a family "destination Thanksgiving" as we have relatives here & its scenic & warm this time of year.

In and out is the classic California burger mecca that does not disappoint. Their ingredients are fresh making their burgers and fries one of the best I have tasted. If you have never tried In-and-out, I highly recommend. The decadence of their double-double and Animal fries are sure to make a believer of you.

OK burgers, would probably give a 4 if the line wasnt always sooo long while ASU is in session. Even going at 10pm on a Monday had a drive thru line out the parking lot. If you are Tempe for the day and just feel like a burger and have never had In N Out I would still say go to the Chuckbox.

This place is really popular with the college crowd and can get pretty packed. I went there latenight on a Wednesday and the drive-thru line was pretty long. However, they do make it go quick by having a person walk the line to take orders. The food is really good for a fast food chain.

I agree this is the first place i have ever been to with no bacon and I grew up in AZ... Still none the less it is a good place and I really enjoy going here. The staff are really nice and young, cute, polite, and they will give you a hat if you ask for it. I Enjoy and you should too..
