I love this location. Its close to my home and always clean. The employees are always polite and helpful. The play area is clean and kept up. I come here a couple times a month. I have never had a problem with waiting long for my order. I bring my kids to play on rainy and snowy cold days and the workers bring in small complimentary cones for the kids which is nice since I dont want to get them a huge cone or shake but I want to get them a treat. An employee usually comes in once during our meal to make sure we are satisfied and need anything. Just remember, this is not a 5 star expensive restaurant and sometimes the workers get an influx of customers and they are busy. As far as the bad reviews on ice cream, I gone here many times in the last 4 yrs and have not noticed any odd flavors with their ice cream. Great little place to stop and let the kids play.

until today I use visit there about once a week but that changed tonight. I ordered the chicken strip basket with a lime ricky and a cookie dough shake. The guy who took my order worked there had a uniform on and was clean the guy in the background who I found out later make my shake looked like a homeless construction worker. Plaid torn dirty jacket, grubby looking and just shady looking. If he worked there it really makes me question their sanitary standards. But in all honesty I dont think he even worked there and was a friend of someone who worked there. the food I got was thrown into the bag with no care, there were about 11 french fries and no fry sauce or dipping sauce and the cookie dough shake was just plain vanilla. I can excuse mistakes things happen but this was a blatant F you me as a customer. I will NEVER eat there again.

I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt the last prob 4 times I have been there my orders have been completely screwed up from my shakes not being mixed to having the completely wrong stuff in them. Today was the last call for me, they gave me my shakes and one of them had butterfinger as a topping so I sent it back (my son hates butterfinger) and told the girl that another one was messed up then what seemed to be a manager came over and assured me they were correct and gave them back to me very rudely. I will not be back again WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

We visited this location on 8/3/2016 at around 7:30.m. This is the first time we have visited this place. We interacted with three employees one of them being the manager. I cannot believe the terrible attitude and lack of customer service we encountered. Not even an ounce of common decency was shown to our family. The shakes we ordered were pretty much just vanilla ice cream with very sparse bits of the flavors we ordered. Very disappointed.

Always has excellent service. The guy who hated it must have been there when there was the old management or something because they are TOP NOTCH. Fast, Friendly we go there all the time for their drinks and shakes. One of the few burger places in general that doesnt leave me with a greasy gross feeling like I am going to be sick. The playland and interior is always clean and bright. I just wont go anywhere else anymore.

The employees are very kind and friendly to guests and the store is clean. Its a great place to bring kids and their great with elderly, giving them a senior discount and helping them with finding a seat. They always bring out meals instead of making people sit at the counter. I love it there.

They were slow and the restaurant was very empty. The soda syrups were rancid. Also they combined my sisters and my shakes to make cookie dough cashew, and Im kind of annoyed because I hate cashews. They were loud, and not respectful of some of the elderly guests who needed more assistance.

I think their food is decent, but every time we order shakes here they arent mixed, so you get a vanilla shake with a little bit of Reeses Peanut Butter cut at the very bottom. If its a shake your after, I suggest you head on over to DQ.

I have never heard of Arctic Circle until I came to Utah, the food is good and they have a good variety of things to eat. They also have a lot of shakes and my favorite is the raspberry cheesecake!
