Pretty disgusted right now, they just got a bunch of new hires and obviously didnt properly train them. Considering while standing in line I witnessed a girl clean the counters, then wean the outside of the shakes machine, And with the SAME RAG clean the INSIDE of the shake machine! That is unsanitary and disgusting. It also took them 15 minutes to make the food when not busy (no cars in drive thru and no one else inside), which wasnt even done properly. Considering two of the burgers were messed up, a mushroom burger had 2 top buns, and a bacon cheese burger had 2 bottom buns. The lemonade was god awfully watered down as well. Very displeased with service and will most likely make a formal complaint about the sanitary standards of cleaning.

My burger was cold. My fries were soggy and cold. My drink was watered down and they said they had changed the syrup and wouldnt refil my drink. The customer service was beyond awful! Threw my food at me through the window. Slammed the window in my face as I was getting ready to ask a question. The place is filthy dirty and I would never recommend it.

Uhhh......very poor tasting meat. Back 20 years ago, it was great. That meat switch that occurred with these locations stopped me from ever wanting any more burgers. Inside play area is nice for kids. Restroom is usually disgusting. Ill pass on the Circle friends.....I suggest you do too.

I like this Arctic Circle. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. One time I came through the drive thru at 10:45 even though they close at 10, but they still took my order and provided me with delicious food. My only complaint is that it sometimes can be really dirty.

Employees were putting whipped cream nozzles directly on each other to have a "whipped cream fight" of some sort, running around the kitchen and behind the counter. Unsanitary. Food was okay. Didnt buy ice cream after seeing the whipped cream incident.

Good food and friendly service. Theres a play area which is great if you have kids. The restaurant itself seems a little old and dated, which is my only complaint. The staff was very polite and my order was correct, so it was a positive experience.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a combo meal with ab extra order of onion rings. When I got home, I saw that I got the sandwich and onion rings, but no fries. Not worth the drive to go back, service sucks.

They have really gone down hill, my burger was cold, drink cup had a hole in it and the service was shotty. The kids were bored with the little play ground they had. This use to be a good place to eat.

Pulled up to the drive thru and waited for 5 minutes for someone to greet me and ask for my order and no one answered so I pulled up and the lady was on the other side having a smoke break. Terrible

The managers here are always really grouchy and incredibly rude. Other than that its a great little burger joint for the kids.
