It sucks that the manager Stacy wont work with you when a person doesnt have time to go in and customize a cake. She said I had to come in and then pay for the cake I said is it possible to pay for it over the phone because the person Im surprising is going to be with me so theres no way around that person. I asked her if she can manually input my credit card number and she said no because the system is not working I think it is working however she just didnt want to put in the work what an amazing day of ruining a surprise. I think that person needs to learn what is going above and beyond.

My 12 year old daughter was lost and went to this store and asked to use the phone and the manager Stacy would not allow it due to it being a company phone. Thank God Petsmart people are a whole lot nicer! Unbelievable behavior. They even described to me what she was wearing so I know they saw her. You should be ashamed of yourself Stacy!

Ive always enjoyed the ice cream here, and the service is efficient and quick. But dont think youre going to get an ounce of personality or smile from any of the employees here. They are very angsty teenagers who seemingly hate their jobs and all humankind :)

My wife and I ordered anniversary cake. They completely screwed up our order and the owner called me back that evening drunk to apologise with a $5 off coupon..This place is absolutely horrible with teenagers as managers? Very unacceptable
