Today was the WORST experience I have ever had eating at any restaurant. My Grandmother had decided to stop at Whataburger and buy my sister and I lunch. Everything was fine until we were brought our food. My Grandmother noticed right away that our fries were not fresh, but I dismissed it thinking she was just being dramatic and I told her of course they are fresh considering we were the only three customers dining in the entire restaurant...but sure enough I reached for a fry and they were cold. As we unwrapped our hamburgers we noticed they were not even warm! I ordered my burger well done and not even mine was close to warm! Before leaving my grandmother spoke to someone upfront who happened to be the manager and let her know what had happened. We got no sympathy and when my grandmother showed her the receipt had said well done and I did not get my burger well done the manager simply said that they did not cook it well done because all of their burgers are cooked well done anyways!!!

The manager, Angela Hamilton is extremely rude. I went to this location pretty late, but I was sober and I was very polite. I work in the food service industry and I know how important it is to deliver excellent customer service so believe me when I say, I would not complain over nothing. I asked for a kids burger with no pickles and no mustard. She looked at me as if I was stupid and said "you just want it dry?" when I told her I simply dont want pickles and mustard she sighed dramatically as if I was being difficult and said "okay just tell me what you DO want on it so I can get this right". I felt that her demeanor was rude and impatient when I simply asked for no pickles and mustard on a burger. I understand shes probably tired and has dealt with rude customers, but that is no reason to have a condescending attitude.

We always go to the one on bell where the food is always fresh and service is great. I made a stop this morning at this one and went thru the drive thru where the lady who took our order tried to push other options at me after the 4th time she finally asked us to go to the window. Then when I got the order(which was there new jalapeno egg, sausage and cheese sandwhich) it was the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had from whataburger. I could only tolerate 2 bites and threw the rest away. The bread was dry and not nearly as good as it should or could have been had they shown a little more love preparing the food.

Asked for NO salt on my fries and yet they gave me my fries with salt and a special sticker lol overall I was satisfied with the temperature and quality of my food. The food was delicious! However if your on a budget I wouldnt recommend this place 2value items (burger and fries) cost about the same as a combo.

Not the worst burger but not the best either. The guys love them, I prefer in n out. I do have to say that their fries are super good. I like that you can sit and be served. Prices are average for this type of place. More than just burgers to choose from which is nice.

Not that great of service today. I was the only car in the drive thru and after I pulled up to the window it felt like I sat there for at least 5 minutes for someone to come up. Then it took another 3 minutes after that for them to give me the food that I ordered.

Other than the creepy god slogan on the window, this is my favorite fast food place ever. It always takes a little bit for you to get your food but it seems like the fries are always fresh and the sandwiches are very warm(so definitely worth the wait).

Everytime I go to this whataburger the food is amazing and the staff is always friendly! Bob the GM there is always there when i go and he always takes my order and he is just so sweet...he really deserves his position! Thank you!

We ordered our food lady looking lost or on drugs taking our order. Waited 20mins or so for our food never came. Talked to manager he comped our whole meal thanks. Other than the idiot crew working this place seems ok.

Happy workers makes this location relaxing. The only thing is that it is busy so small wait for food, that is delivered to your table, so it is a balance.
