I went to Sip Coffee and Brew to attend a fundraiser. When we went to order, not only was the order wrong but the food was completely unappetizing. I specifically ordered a grilled cheese with no tomatoes. It came to the table with tomatoes on it. I asked the waitress to take it back, she brought it out less than a minute later with the tomatoes still on it. Apparently they just tried to pick the tomatoes off the same sandwich that they brought to me originally. I ordered two turkey clubs - one with wheat and one on ciabatta. They both came out on wheat. My daughter purchased a beer and it came out half full. There was no apology or even any acknowledgment of the mistakes that were made. I will never come back to this establishment again.

Nice atmosphere, good food but they dont know difference between a latte and a cappuccino and when I asked the barista he told me there was no difference. What?! Then, a lady in front of me asked for whipped cream on her mocha and the barista sarcasticly remarked, "were not really a whip cream kind of place...". I understand not having whip cream, but dont treat people badly because you dont carry it. Ill look for somewhere else to have a meeting next time.

One of the best coffee shops in the Phoenix Metro/Scottsdale Area hands down. Baristas are always fantastic, fun, and accommodating. Whether youre turning up or grinding out some work. Theyve got something for the occasion. Great drinks containing alcohol, caffeine or both! The interior is a beautiful, wide open, vintage kind of vibe with a very inviting and warm atmosphere. The outside contains a fantastic patio space for when the mood strikes.

This place is great and under appreciated! It has a coffee house feel right when you walk in with the choice of music and the random stuff everywhere, but they also has a darn good selection of beer available! They serve cold brew coffee from the local Cartel Coffee and also some Kevlar coffee as well. Scotias Secrets: If your into growlers (and you should be) come fill up for only $5.50 on Mondays. They have a dollar off their regular price!

This place really impressed me. Definitely heavy on the hipster crowd but still cool. Great selection of beers. They pull in food from a restaurant or two around them. Very eclectic setting with old couches and nothing that matches. Music is funky but not too loud. Havent tried the coffee (not my thing) but other than that, highly recommended for hanging out and being able to chat. Parking not so great, but thats scottsdale...

New favorite watering hole. Very nice atmosphere, welcoming baristas, and both a great selection of well-crafted espresso drinks as well as an impressive array of tastefully curated local and regional craft brews. Good food menu as well. These are the kinds of establishments that we need more of in AZ. Wi-Fi is quick, seating is plentiful and comfy. Bike and dog friendly. Supporter of local communities and collaboration.

I love this place! I work remotely and its great to set up my laptop for an afternoon. Its in Old Town, but its quiet enough to stay focused. The coffee is fantastic and Ive stayed for happy hour in the past and enjoyed the food and a local brew with friends. one of the very few places that I enjoy going to in Scottsdale (Old Town, in particular).

I work here during the day pretty frequently. Great coffee and beer also available for when youre wrapping up in the late afternoon (or when you need morning inspiration). Its a popular cafe with lots of people in their 20s / 30s working and meeting up, so if you like a more lively atmosphere this is the place for you.

Staff here is wonderful! Awesome beer selection with a great variety of other tasty drinks! Love the atmosphere! You could come here on a date, with friends, to have a fun outing, do work or to study. Best spot Ive found around Scottsdale/Tempe. Always recommending to friends. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Really great atmosphere indoors and outdoors (with misters in hot weather). Daytime live music can be really nice -- acoustic guitar with soft female vocals. Great selection of beer, including local brews, and good coffee too. The cold brew is great black.

Sip is a local favorite for good reason. Perfect in every way, this house will provide all of your caffeine and studying needs. Bring a charged laptop, but forget the headphones because Sip has you covered in the playlist department.

I love Sip Coffee and Beer! They make amazingly delicious drinks, both alcoholic and not as well as serving up tasty bites. My only criticism of Sip is that at times there is not enough seating. Keep up the good work Sip!

Having lived in the Bay Area, this reminded me a lot of Oakland. Organic and interesting decor combines with low volume music to create a mellow vibe thats great for catching up with a friend or just hanging out for awhile.
