I have ordered from here over a dozen times in the span of two years. Firstly, I have not been able to get a single promotions code to apply to any of my orders when ordering from them. Secondly they have gotten my order wrong about 50% of the time. Third I have placed delivery orders and pick up, there seems to be no consistency in when the food will be done. Sometimes I get it cold and sometimes it takes far too long to get delivered. Lastly the pizza is sub-par, I have given them many chances but they never seem to meet my satisfaction. The last order I placed was for a hand tossed supreme with garlic crust. Instead I got a pizza the thickness of a tortilla with everything burnt to a crisp. I recommend new management, someone that can bring up the standards of this establishment and establish good costumer service. If you want to have a successful business you need customers.I think thats a fundamental rule in the food industry My household will not be ordering from this location anymore.

I walked in and order a Pizza, waited for almost 30 mins, while we are sitting waiting I noticed that an employee was making Pizza boxes, but what really got my attention it was the way the employee was doing it, he licked his fingers first, then pick-up a flat (box) and proceeded to make the box, he did this for every box, LICK, PICK UP FLAT, MAKE BOX, this was by far the most disgusting, un healthy, un-professional and grossly way to make boxes where pizzas are put into !!!!! I asked him for the manager, he replied " I am the manager ", what is the matter with these people? why arent they trained ? this is how you transmit hepatitis, and other diseases. I called the number on the back of the receipt, and no one has contacted me on this.

We are truckers. We are 2 miles away and were told that we are out of their range for delivery. This is the worst pizza hut. What a shame. It would be nice to have educated people who answer the phones to take a simple pizza order. I recommend calling 5 STAR PIZZA or Dominos. They have always been here when they said and they also have employees who know how to answer phones and input basic information in a computer. I guess pizza hut is so rich they just dont need or want our business anymore..........

Extremely disappointed. Saturday night we all know Pizza Hut gets busy weekend nights. My family and I called ahead of time to place a carry out order. We waited more than said and arrived to the store. They said that it will take 10 more mins and after 15 they told us it would take 10 more. Our pizza wasnt even started. I was very upset because they ruined our family movie night. PLEASE OWNER(S) & MANAGEMENT, PUT PRIORITY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REMEMBER WE ARE WHO KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS...

The pizza place have always been good. I love pizza to death! But when I went there I saw one of the people sneez on the inside the back. He put it in the box and put it out for who ever came. I just about threw up I told the cashier and all he did was look at me and say I cant do anything about it. Stoped going there same day. It was good pizza there but now I see how shady they are. Some dont even use gloves to handle the food. The service though is a hit or a miss

Dominos doesnt deliver to the location I was at, so I ordered pizza and wings from this Pizza Hut. I really dont mind waiting an hour and 45 minutes for delivery, as long as my food is hot. This, wasnt hot. It wasnt even warm. It was almost refrigerator cold. I dont understand how thats even possible. I would typically re-order for something like this, but Ive been working since 3 AM and Im tired and going to bed. Wont order from this location again.

They where 10 minutes late which i dont really mind. Pizza was delicious i also ordered the fries they are $3.50 not worth it they are good but the tray was practically empty i cant call i have no phone service at the moment does anyone know of another way i can complain about it. I took pictures of the sad amount of fries way to over charged for this. Im not exaggerating when i say its not even a hand full of fries

Its sad Only once a month does me and husband get a date night - needed to order pizza for the babysitter & kids and Ive called 6 times and let it ring & ring their business phone. Even checked to make sure it was the correct number. Then it rang so long the call was automatically disconnected. Why is it so difficult to run a pizza joint. I had done that back in my college days. What a disappointment.

I placed an order online, received a call back right away because they didnt had the crust that I wanted. I hate how this pizzeria has frozen dough and if they run out they need to wait for the company to deliver more dough. I had to either change my order or cancel. I had to make another payment and it took them 3 days to return me the money that had been charge with my first order.

Very horrible experience. They got my whole order wrong and when I said something about it their response was "well you already paid so sorry. Would you a like a soda for free" Im sorry. No a 2$ soda is not gonna make up for my 20$ meal and your guises bad attitude. After I left, the cashier and manager started laughing. What a joke. Never again am I gonna go there.

I ordered a pizza yesterday I wanted pizza bites they didnt have any I was fine with that decided to go with a stuff crust they didnt have a medium like I wanted so I had to get a large just a little more money thats okay 30 minutes wait for delivery okay thats fine had to wait for over an 1 hour and it was cold

ive never eaten here but apparently they accept stolen credit cards. ive never even been to california yet i have a charge for 97.00 on my account which i did dispute with the bank and had it refunded. however it just goes to show that they are not very careful with the credit cards. 11683 Cherry Ave, Fontana CA

Never ordered from there, but just saw their driver on my street in an ugly silver car 5:56pm on 8/24/14 driving 40+ mph down my residential street in southridge while kids were playing outside their homes. So I will never order from them to keep their drivers off my street.

The pizza is good . I had been ordering for over 4 years. But its been about 1 year that we stopped buying from there. There was a rude young lady. She was rude on the phone. When i went in to pick it up she had a smerk on her face. Never apologized.
