Me and my wife came into play pool we were in there for 1 hour 45 minutes and not one time where we asked if we wanted a drink! I decided to go up to the bar and what do you know I had to wait another 30 minutes & when I did speak up the SO called female bar manager was very rude....so by now my wife and I s drinks were getting low again & of course the waitress service "IS BAD"!! So We finally got the waitress attention and ordered drinks. When the waitress came back we decided to let her know of the REAL BAD service! A couple minutes into Our pool game we could hear the waitress talking real loud about my wife & U the waitress was way out of line being loud! All of a sudden the Colored door manager tells to me "WHATS UP MAN" WHY YOU BEING DISRESPECTFUL TO MY GIRL FOR"? I honestly couldnt believe he came at me like that!!! I tried to be nice and explain to him how long we had been there the bad service but he had no intenintention of any of that! He was trying to intimate my wife and I which I thought was a laughing joke and Unbelievable!!!! He should of came up to us and did a little fact finding been nice to a PAYING customer but NO, OH NO....THE WANT BE OVER WIEGHT BABY DOOR MEN Has no idea of knowing how to be a manager He threatened Us with bodily harm if didnt leave....WOW I COULDNT BELIEVE THIS PLACE???? WHAT A FKN JOKE!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE WHATSOEVER UNLESS YOU WANTED THE WORST SERVICE IN YOUR LIFE! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE PLACE EVEN 1 STAR. There would be a NAGATIVE STAR AVAILABLE!!!! Negative 3 Stars!!!!!

SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE BATHROOM!!!!!!!!! I stopped in here Friday night with a few friends to play pool and have some drinks. The bar was nice enough, not loud, not full of smoke, and the staff was nice enough. The one thing that made me hate it was the SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE BATHROOM!!!!!!!!! Needless to say my jaw hit the floor, I could not believe my eyes when I looked up and seen the SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE BATHROOM!!!!!! I asked a worker about it and of course she pretended to know nothing about it, when I asked to speak to a manager regarding it, the worker could not tell me when a manager was even going to be there. She just said I could call back Tuesday. If I were you I would keep out of the bathroom unless you want to end up on some perverted peeping toms computer screen next to a box of tissue. With all the security guards they have on site I am unable to see any justifiable reason why they would need to record the activities in seemingly and assumed private place of their establishment. I will no longer be giving Metro Sportz Bar my business. I could see recording the door to the bathroom, not the urinals!!!!!!!! I will be contacting the city on Monday regarding the City of Phoenix Code that governs SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE BATHROOM!!!!!!!!!

This place has many pool tables but thats about all the good I can say. While on vacation my wife and I were staying in the area and we stopped twice. On both occasion there were bar fights involving Mexicans group rivals that got out of hand. Even had my drink spilled on us during the shouting and shoving. The servers that walk around are fast but dont bother sitting at the bar because the ladies behind the bars will be slow to assist you with your order even ignoring customers sometimes. But they arent busy, cause you can see them talking and gossiping. The kicker was having our credit card over charged for a tip. Capital One notified me about a possible fraud when they noticed 125% tip. Thank god for fraud protection. I recommend if you must go that sit at the tables and not the bar and pay cash. And avoid sitting around the middle where you might find yourself in the middle of a fight between Rambo and Chuck Norris wannabes.

I have been going here ever since I have moved here to Arizona, and I like the bar itself for the location. But one thing I have noticed in the 6 yrs I have been going to this bar is all of the bartenders are very rude to me in a way. I havent figured out if it is because I am a woman, race, or assumption. But this bar would be one of the greatest places in the world to me but the bartenders are mean and cocky towards me and any friend that I have had meet me there or hung out with there. I am tired of being mistreated so I guess this is where it starts and thats exploiting the random consistent bad treatment I have experienced at this bar. Everybody there is fake and all that goes on in there is pimping and a lot of prostitutes, male and females, if you know what I mean. It has definately went downhill.

August 19th, 2017. The "Security " at the door discriminated against me, they said I was "walking with a limp", and denied me entrance! Hello, I am a disabled man that wanted to have a beer! So they deny anyone with a "limp" in walk? I have been frequenting this establishment well over a few months now! They lost my business because they are not Handicap/disabled American-friendly and the bouncers took it upon themselves to say I was "drunk", as I walk with a limp! Not good for your business! AARP Member... I sit on the local council and I will give this establishment a BIG Thumbs down, for all of my fellow AARP members!

Perhaps my least favorite sports bars, but only because of the shady, rude, and gross (men of different backgrounds and ages would stare uncomfortably at me and I was there with my fiance!) customers. They do have pool tables, and a million float screens wherever the eye may wonder. Even a couple out on the large covered smoking (drinking allowed too) patio. Approximately 7 well spaced tables, and plenty of ashtrays. The staff was quick with friendly smiles (tho there wasnt a game on and not a particularly busy night) beer prices generally reasonable without any specials.

This used to be the place to go. Me and my fiance had been coming here almost a year and loved the place. Tonight was unacceptable and the service was horrible. We didnt get served, our drinks sat empty, and our food was ice cold by the time we got it. The bartender used the same glass every time my fiance ordered a drink. She made his drink too strong and when he asked her to dump it out and remake it she just added more soda to it making it taste like crap. Definitely done with this place until they get it together.

Place was fine at first. But after going here for over 2 years on and off I think this place is just crap. I wouldnt waste my time. The service sucks, management is terrible. They dump your drink (it was a full glass never touched) close you out and refuse to give u another drink or a refund (its was my first drink btw so this wasnt a situation where intoxication affected the situation) I tried it mutilple times and Im done. I suggest you dont even waste your time. P.s. the wings are flavorless
