Wanted hot wings to go but when we got to the restaurant the manager swiped our gift cards which each had $25 on them totaling $50 which should of covered the meal. She did not apply the value of the gift cards to the meal though, and somehow deactivated of the cards. I asked her to use the gift card serial numbers but she wouldnt. She just kept swiping the card to get the same error message on her computer showing that the cards were empty. Then she left me to go cash out other customers. When she had to get a different manager to help me, he was no help and I continued to demand for them to use the numbers on the back of the card. He tried to argue with me and say that the cards had no value but I looked the cards up online and showed him that they had $25. After a long time he eventually conceded to just try out using the card numbers which of course worked. This entire process took over 30 minutes and by the time I finally left the food was cold and didnt taste very good. Never coming back here for the for the rest of my life and definitely not after.

I was not happy with this place at all. Appetizer came out undercooked. The pizza was half undercooked and the other half was burnt. There was no sauce and virtually no cheese anywhere on that "pizza". The boneless wings had a chemical aftertaste to them. When we spoke to the manager about it he says, "Yeah. We usually tell people to order the regular wings because this is all frozen processed." The entire place was like an ice box; I lost feeling in the tip of my nose it was so cold. I mentioned something to the hostess about the temperature and she said, "Yeah. Ever since they got the new AC unit in May it is always cold here. The manager cranks it down as low as it will go." When the waitress brought us our bill she appoligized for the pizza and said, "The oven thermometer has been broken for a while now. We keep telling them to fix it." I will NOT be returning here.

I have seen frequently that most businesses are about reviews. Whether it is purchasing a car, using Lyft or ordering out, one may go online to retrieve a phone number or check reviews. I know I do as a shopper and honestly, it a has a lot to do with my decision, however in some cases, I try it out on my own just to see. On June 29, 2017, this was my first time ordering from the restaurant. I called in my order and the lady was friendly. When I went to pick up my order, for some reason I thought the restaurant was on the West side of the freeway and not the East. I was wrong. No problem. As soon as I go into to the restaurant, no one greeted me. I stood at the bar awaiting for someone to assist me but that did not happen so I searched for a waiter. I finally after a semi long time, received my order and was taking care of.

7/18/17, first time for myself and friends , hostess , rude, with attitude, we shouldve just left but we wanted to try it , so she sat us at a dirty table with water spilled under it , i told staff and 15 minutes later , it was still there , when the rest of our party arrived , one of them almost hit the floor from the water that was still there . , then our waitress , every 2 minutes , what do u want to order , we were still trying to get our drinks, we told her we were not ready and she was back again 2 minutes later , rushing us to order, then not even totally done, we had to look for other people to give us drink refills, napkins , straws etc. It wasnt busy but service was terrible. Then rushed us to pay , I was actually glad to leave this place. And wont be going back.

I used to love going to Native New Yorker for wings. Since the redesign, things seem to have really gone downhill. When we arrived it was pretty busy during a football game so I understood that service was slow, but after the game ended, the place cleared out and service was still dismal. Our server was nice enough, but the rest of the staff seemed to be standing around and talking for awhile, there were dishes piled up everywhere. The food was pretty bad as well. One of the wing flavors we were actually talked out of because "customers always return them" - seriously? Given that this is a chain, I might give one of the other locations a try in the future, but Ill probably have to be pretty desperate.

service has really gone down hill. When they do have help, seems they stand around and talk rather than wait on the customer. Really miss the Native Wings on 27th Av & Bell the employees were the best! The Native Wings at 99th av really sucks. Waited 20 minutes to be seated and then finally seated myself. Girl came over and said there was no wait staff ( it was 12:30 pm ) The Native Wings at 95th Av the help hangs out in the back and they never ever refill your soda. Love Native Wings WHEN they finally get around to serving the customer. Needs a complete training session for wait staff and unfit management..

I went there last night with a friend visiting from out of state and enjoyed the karaoke. The MC was hosting karaoke for the first time, and me having once operated my own karaoke company, I offered her tips to make the rotation of singers run smoothly. ... and she did a great job. As for the food, it was good. I had the BBQ Pork Sliders, and didnt have to wait long. The only complaint was our waiter not taking the plates sooner after wed finish our food. I actually placed the dirty dishes on the table next to us and the pile of cups growing from all the refills. I did lime the stag they were friendly and yes I will go again.

The manager at this location is the worse person they can have in this business!!! Me and my husband always come here and this person always has a horrible customer service. We called to pick up an order today and got to the restaurant before 10 pm and he said they were closed. I told him we called and that we had an pending order and he yelled at me "No maam I already told you we are closed!" And he closed the door on our face and left. If the owner of this place keeps him as the manager your business wont last. This is the last time im stepping foot at this place. Im taking my business somewhere else.
