The only reason I gave it a star at most was because I felt bad for our waiter. We had a party of 30 people and for the whole party only had one waiter so it was to expected to have a couple of mess ups and late food to come out right? We all ordered appetizers and meals it took about 45 minutes for us to get our food and was expected because of such a big party but there were a few people that didnt get there food so we notified the waiter about it and he apologized about it but that food didnt come out till about half an hour later so we were a little upset about that. As we were telling the waiter about missed meals and everything not once did the manager come out and apologize for missing the meals or thank us for going there with such a big party and you can see him do was stare at his waiter and our table from the kitchen area he did not lend a hand once. At the end of our night the bill was 350.00 plus and we were making sure the meals were correct for being such a big bill and found that there were 3 orders that never came out and that we never ordered so we told the waiter and he said he had to tell his manager. So the manager finally comes out and says that hes not going to remove the meals because they came out but never came back which was a lie because we would of known and definitely would of had extra food. Im sure he didnt know whether it came out or not anyways because all he did was stand there and watch his poor waiter do a job that was suited for 3 waiters/waitresss. At the end nothing got removed and we paid for it anyways because what choice did we have at that point but for him being manager sure wasnt courteous helpful or very professional. We paid the usual gratuity because of the big bill and party and I usually tip a extra 100.00 just because but did not because the way the manager was acting towards my party and I. Left a bad taste about Zipps after this night.

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME EVERY GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I DIDNT EVEN GET TO TRY THE FOOD DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT WAS BROUGHT OUT TO ME NOT THEY WAY I ORDERED IT. I DECIDED TO LEAVE ONLY AFTER THE WAITRESS Markie WAS SO RUDE AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT SHE SCREWED MY ORDER AFTER 30 MINS WAITING FOR A SALAD AND 10 EXTRA CRISPY SAUCY WINGS TO ONLY GET WHAT LOOKED LIKE BOILED NON SAUCY WINGS AND REPLIED WITH "OH WELL IT DOES TAKE AN EXTRA 20 MINUTES FOR EXTRA CRISPY WINGS " INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND SAYING ILL FIX IT. THEN TO TOP IT OFF WHEN I WALKED OUT "AGAIN NOT EATING ANY OF MY FOOD " THE GENERAL MANAGER Scott Lightner SAID HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE SINCE I ORDERED THE FOOD BUT "DID NOT EAT IT" AND WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE TO MAKE ME PAY FOR FOOD " MIND YOU BROUGHT OUT TO ME NOT THE WAY I ASKED FOR IT TO BE COOKED" WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY FOR SOMETHING THEY DID NOT ASK FOR . CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT THIS ZIPPS!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW BAD THE SERVICE WAS AND HOW THE WORKERS AND GENERAL MANAGER NEED TO GO BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASAP. HOPEFULLY TIFFANY FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE TOOK MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY.

Great food!! Horrible customer service month ago my fiance and I came here to watch football on Sunday. She ordered a house salad didnt know there were onions that came on the salad, so she ask our waitress if she could get a new one without because she was allergic. They brought her out a new one and when we were about to leave and got the bill we were charged another house salad so we politely ask why and the waitress said Im sorry did you just want me to pick the onion off for you I was appalled, so she went back and took of the bill witch we thought was very polite until she threw the book back onto the table and said next time dont be so rude about it. THE REASON Im POSTING THIS NOW is because I came back here today with my good friend so we could watch some football and eat good but his kid had taco bell burrito so they made us leave because his kid couldnt have outside food inside even though we were going to order well over enough

I go to a "sports bar" to watch and listen to the Diamondbacks game. This was my second time to this bar. Both times I had to ask for the audio. The first time they did and everyone in the bar was happy. On my second visit I was told by the manager that he couldnt do it because he didnt want to "run out" the customers. The manager thought it would benefit the "sports bar" to play crappy music from the early 2000s that was on the Jukebox that nobody paid for. It was just music the Jukebox played to just to fill in the background. How do have the name Zipps " Sports Grill" but dont play audio for the hometown games?? I believe you guys are not a "Sports Grill", more just for looks. When I want to go to a " sports bar", I will go somewhere else.

Just finished our so called dinner here. I realize this is a sports bar but I just had the worst food I can remember in a long time. We brought our issues up with the manager and instead of taking anything off the bill he gave us a 5 dollar off our next visit. WOW I cant wait to return to use that!! Really I dont like to "complain" or bring up this kind of stuff very much, but this just blows my mind. Any other manager would have worked a little harder to make this right. I will not return to a Zipps, I will stick with Buffalo Wild Wings. Never had an issue there, but if I did I am quite sure they would make it right!!! I gave the 5 dollar piece of paper to a nice couple on the way out the door.
