I had passed by Tosos a few times and kept seeing the ad for a comedy night there so I thought it would be an interesting place to visit. One of the bartenders stopped by my work one day and after discovering she worked there I said I would come. I walked in on a Friday night and was impressed by the layout. From the road it looks small, but it is much larger with two sides and a lounge room. However no one was on the left side, there was no comedy, and there weren't many people. I ran into an old friend who offered to buy me a drink. We went to the bar and I ordered a Capt. And Coke, only they don't have Capt. Morgan. What kind of bar doesn't carry Capt. Morgan? They had Sailor Jerry instead which is disgusting. So I went for a Jack and Coke. The bartender already seemed a little bitchy at this point. I got one more drink from her and then discoverd there was a server working the floor. She was much nicer and I used her the rest of the night. I asked to have my tab transferred to the server and the bartender refused. So at the end of the night my server wasn't allowed any of the tip from my card. Most of the staff seemed like they didn't care and I wasn't the only one there complaining about the service. Lastly the bartender I met at my work, she wasn't there. I asked about her and the staff seemed annoyed that I did and all claimed to not know her, but did comfirm she was employed there. Not sure what that was about. Not having Capt. Morgan was pretty much a deal breaker for me, but the vibe was pretty off there as a whole. It just didn't seem like it was a fun bar.

Weve been going to Tosos for the last three UFC fights and each time we left upset and frustrated. The first time we thought maybe it was an off night for the server. The second time we didnt even see our server for over an hour and a half and had to wait 45 min to get our tab. Then we had to ask another server to charge us so we could get out of there. Not to mention we called twice to make sure we knew when the fights started and ended up there two hours early because they gave the wrong info. The third time we waited over an hour for our pizza when the other people we were with ordered their food 30min after us and got it 30 before we did. They told us it takes longer to make a pizza than a philly cheese steak and frys. If that is true they need to tell Pizza Hut they are doing it wrong because it only takes them 10min. Needless to say we will never go there again!

I hate this place every time Ive been there I sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for somebody to help. But they only help all the regulars. Ive been there for football. Ive been there at night. Ive been there when theres nobody there and its the worst service ever. It doesnt matter when I go. Every time I go back I say I never will go back again. This time its for real.

Tosos is awesome its a nice friendly bar its cool when you need the air conditioner its on its on at TOSOS the bartender Tiffany on Sundays shes beautiful witty and good to get the drinks in front of you this is my second Sunday going in there been going in for 10 years but just started going in again Tiffany is a beautiful bartender go down and see her

Tosos is a great little dive bar with everything you could really ask for. The staff is always friendly, although at times overworked and stretched thin. The location is nice as its right off the freeway, but actually getting into the place is a bit annoying when coming off of Westbound Union Hills.

We went to Tosos today for a cold beer...bartender saw us and turned around and went in the back room..she never came back...we sat there dumbfounded for over 15 minutes!! We just got up and left!! We will NEVER go back to that POS establishment again!! TOSOS SUCKS!! How do they stay in business??

100 % enjoyed the Comedy show but would not go again except for show. Being denied a glass of water in comedy area, saying I must pay $2 for bottled water, after paying for 5 +drinks...is bull, and unlawful I think, and mixed drinks seemed watered down!

New to the neighborhood decided to try it out...... Food is good(fish fry and tosos burger) service is bad, server disappeared for long periods and nowhere to be seen the bartender had to come to ck on us. Itll be some time before we go back.

Ordered the same drink from two different bartenders and it was different every time. Restrooms were clean and basically the only good thing about this place. Staff apparently hate their jobs because they never smile.

My husband and myself and my brother and brother in law and his gf were all there this past weekend the 21st for the playoffs and we had exceptional service food was great and the people there made us feel right at home.

We absolutely love this place! Kim is the best bartender ever! She is so attentive and her food is awesome! Day drinking is so much fun when Kim is behind the bar. Will I come back? Absolutely! Keep up the good work!

Service was slow, it took over 10 minutes for someone to come to our table and that was after we went to the bar to grab menus. Food was cold and uncooked probably wont be back

I called at 10:40am to see what time they start serving food and the phone just rang and rang. It cant be that busy at this time. Oh well plenty of other places to call.

First time here and last sat for 10 minutes had to go to bar to ask for service ordered grilled wings and came out cold some still pink and not the coldest beer either.

Best experience ever, bartender Kim was very personable, attentive, and entertaining...food service excellent. I will definitely be back, especially during Kims shift.

Service is poor. I was left unattended for 2+ beers. I had go to day bar and get my own while I was watching day Hawaii vs. San Jose states university game.....
