Ive been here twice and have found it to be a solid and unique experience. My daughter wanted to go there to celebrate after her last chemistry lab, and she wasnt disappointed. The ice cream was good, and being freshly made with fresh quality ingredients, it didnt leave you feeling like trash like other ice cream places can. They have good hours, being open until 11:00 PM, and the blasts of nitrogen fog also feel pretty fantastic on a hot Phoenix night. My only complaints are that the prices are a bit steep, the lines are long (expect to wait about 45 minutes) and the inside seating is non existent. They few tables that they have should just be removed since theyre in the waiting area. Just grab your ice cream and enjoy it outside.

Worst experience ever.. got here at 9:20 and at 10:05 we still hadnt gotten our 3 regular size ice creams... there was no line when we ordered there were only 2 girls sitting eating when we walked in .. not busy at all. After we ordered 2 guys and 2 girls came in they all got theyre things way before us .. another 2 couples came in and they got their orders my husband got up to ask what was going on and they were like " uhh theres was places first ".. once they checked the receipts they saw we ordered like 10 minutes before then the lady told the guy "make theres next ".... 3 other people for door dash complained for the wait after placing my order at 9:30 I got my ice cream at 10:12pm

I was really excited to try creamistry since I had heard great things about it and I am limited on ice cream choices since I am lactose intolerant. Unfortunately my experience really wasnt good and I doubt id go back there. To make an 1h30 story short, I had to wait over 20min in line to place my order and had it remade not once but 3 times before I eventually gave up and asked for a refund . In summary I found hair in my ice cream, they didnt use the coconut base I had asked for, and they kept forgetting to give me the waffle cone that came with my order. Like I said after 3 attempts I finally gave up on the experience and left the store.

Been here 3 times in 3 weeks with a group. 1st time, weekday afternoon I had to leave because it took 10 minutes to take my order, I think there was one person working at the time. They had no clean equipment to make the ice cream so they had to clean it before they could take my order. 2nd time was good, ice cream came out fast. 3rd time, weekday afternoon, same thing as the first time, they had no clean paddles to make the ice cream. So it took a good 15 minutes after I ordered to get my order. They really need to work on their speed.

Super cool place and fun to go to. Im 23 years old and I still enjoy standing in front of the nitrogen when it freezes the ice cream. Its a cool place but I feel like they are always out of stuff I want. The past few times theyve been out of things and Ive been forced to change my mind last minute... so thats a bummer. Last night our ice cream took like 20 minutes... they were busy but I feel that they were understaffed... something to think about creamistry.

I spent 20 bucks two milk shakes. I get a chocolate nitroshake they make this big display while making my order, it looks cool Ill give that to them. Tell me who makes a chocolate shake with chocolate ice cream? FYI YOUR SUPPOSED TO USE GOOD VANILLA AND ADD GOOD CHOCOLATE TO THE VANILLA ICE CREAM YOU GUYS SUCK. CANT MAKE A SIMPLE CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE, THANKS FOR A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I BET I WONT SEE THIS REVIEW ON YOUR SCREEN THERE IN YOUR SHIP CHAD

This was a fun experience for all. We tried three different kinds of ice cream/frozen treat. One with coconut base, one milk base and one sorbet. All were excellent I especially liked the coconut base, its a great choice for those avoiding milk products. Its the creamest coconut ice cream Ive ever had. However my oldest child didnt like her green apple sorbet because there were apple chunks in it. So you might ask questions if you have a picky eater.

Great concept but overpriced in my opinion. I do love they have a very wide selection for the lactose intolerant and veggie crowd. The show thats put on by the frozen fog rolling down the mixer onto the counter and out the holes in the plexiglass for everyone 4 and shorter was definitely a hoot. If youve got $5.50 to blow on a child size waffle cone frozen treat, go for it. Im headed back to AZ Pops for some real fruit popsicles.

Waited about 10min in "line" (there was only one person before me) to tell them my order then it took about 40 minutes for them to tell me that they ran out of expreso and that was pretty much the whole point of my order so they let me pick something else and that took about another 30min while customers who went after me got their Order before me. In general I spent over an hr there for just ice cream... not satisfied

Great selection of flavors; Ive tried the matcha, mint and espresso so far. Great waffle cone (its added to the paper cup, not truly cone-shaped) but as luck would have it the machine to make these was inoperative when I last visited. My only other complaint would be the meager portion of brownie that cost an extra $1.75, photo attached. During an earlier visit the brownie was somewhat larger and worth the upcharge.

Aside from the great tasting ice cream and cool concept, I want to write this review in reference to the awesome people working. I had lost my wallet in this place and didnt realize it until 30 minutes later. I called the place and they said they had been trying diligently to find my number in the loyalty system and other means to let me know. They were kind and trustworthy. Highly recommend this place!

My mint premium with chocolate syrup mixed in was good as well as my mothers pistachio premium. However, my fathers banana premium was not smooth because the banana put in was too green- made for a very weird texture. A couple workers were busting their ass while others were frankly slow- needed better staffing for a busy Sunday afternoon/evening. It took a long time to get our pricey ice cream.

Maybe in a few months itll be a great experience, right now lines are long, and it takes a long time for your ice cream to come up... In addition because there are too many orders going through, the prep space is really messy... Friendly hard working staff, just understaffed... The ice cream is thick and rich.

Best ice cream ever. Watch your creation made in front of you. They use liquid nitrogen to turn your milk and flavor selection I to ice cream. My kids love it when they get to dance in the fog it creates. I recommend this to anyone looking for ice cream and this location has great customer service.

Fun atmosphere. I have been many times, and will continue to suggest this as a place for ice cream, however that last time I went it was not the best. The service was slow, it was incredibly loud, and my ice cream tasted funny. The prices are also a little high, in my opinion.
