Ok first of all i have to say that a place can be busted broke down or very low budget as long as the customer service is good im happy.... Now this place is either racist or anti gay or just very sad in the customer service point .. My girlfriend and I decided to bring our kids down for some fun as my youngest worked so hard all week to earn this night...we get there we get our shoes pay for a game...our lane broke down.. when we went to order drinks we got attitude, when we went to order food cause the kids were hungry we waited over 30 min... finally we get to play a game with our all the waiting....after our game was over we ordered a new game. The lady at the counter said ok 10 bucks...im like ok not bad we played half of a game and we were cut off... they said well you played all the turns to bowl in a new game... i was like what how?? Why would you not explain i have to pay more to let my kids play a full game!!!!!!!!! Never coming back and i dont recommended due to very horrible service.

Customer service is severely lacking. The general manager does not possess high levels of customer service skills and has NO interpersonal skills, which I do believe are part of the qualifications of a general manager position. She was rude and vulgar to several customers and employees. She actually swore at one of the employees. Her tone was less than welcoming and she gave me the feeling that I was inconveniencing her. She turned this, once thought to be, enjoyable bowling experience into a very unpleasant one. One bad apple spoils the bunch. FYI, if you treat employees with dignity and respect and create a positive work environment, it will show in your employees work. Which will create a positive experience for your customers.

The manager was completely rude and racist. I forgot my id and my husband brought the alcohol. She saw him hand it to me. I didnt drink anything. She sent an employee over to take the drink and didnt refund the money. Because she said on the cameras she saw me drink it. She completely lied they didnt even have cameras. It was kids that were 17 drinking next to me. I didnt say anything. I just called the police. Please if you are any mind if race other than white, DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL FIND ANY REASON TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE!!!!

If I could give it NO STARS it would be better! The manager at this establishment should be fired for stealing from a 7yr old and the Assistant Manager should be suspended for knowing about and not doing anything to report it!!! Manager "claims" he was sorry, he was only sorry for getting caught!!!! Kids go there with the Boys and Girls Club to have fun, but the shame of this company for allowing this to happen!! NEVER WILL I GIVE YOU PEOPLE MY MONEY AND IM SO GLAD FOR SOCIAL MEDIA TO SPREAD THE WORD OF NOTHING GETS DONE!!!!

He purchased some ice cream with a $20 bill and the person at the register took his money and did not give him his change. Then they lied about it and Brittney the manager covered for the other employee and produced a last minute fake receipt. Really, AMF? Stealing from a seven-year-old? Believe you me, your corporate office will be hearing about this. So will news Channel 12, 3 on your side, and the AZ Republic!!

I went here with a group of four people on a Saturday night. Living in Arizona it is not rare to ask for a water cup so you can keep hydrated, however AMF told us that water is available at a fountain down the hall. However that was a decent walk from our lane which wouldve kept us from watching eachother play. They simply told us they cant give us a cup due to the fountain "just down the hall". We ended up paying $3.89 for a soda cup to simply fill it with water.

Sitting here at a city tournament and they refuse to let people bring in a coffee (which they dont serve) is absolutely ridiculous. Now I will not purchase any food as well here to go with my coffee I will go next door and get food and eat out front. Bad business move Ive seen 20 people told to step outside now. Horrible service. I understand the food part because of them serving food but with a Dutch bros in their parking lot there should be a acception.

Lanes and pin machines constantly broke down. Wrong number of pins every other frame. Had to wait about 10 min for the pin machine to be worked on after being moved to another lane for the same problem. Never bowled the second game because of lane issues but they refused to simply refund my card for 2nd game. Just felt like they didnt care after I paid for the bowling and food. Very disappointed in the service. Definitely wouldnt recommend AMF to anyone.

We came here and our lane was having difficulties and a mechanic was trying to fix it. While he was fixing it, it skipped a few of our groups turns so we asked for an extra game to compensate our wait and our skipped turns. Then our second game continued to freeze and we were only able to get halfway through before they told us we had to pay. 1 hour of waiting and we werent given any good compensation. Will not come here again.

Nice place for the Bowling experience and one of the best places to spend time with kids who love the Bike / Car Racing Video games. they have a nice food court attached that serves you eateries / drinks whilst you bowl. They provide shoes too for the bowling but unlike other places, they dont insist you on using their shoe inventory. you can bowl wearing your own shoes if that suits you!!

This is the only place Ive ever gone that they deny you water because they are serving beer. I went here on Tuesday bought food and beer. When I asked for a cup of ice water they refused me. I went to the front desk and they said they dont serve water on Tuesday because of some lame excuse. They were rude and all i asked for was some ice water. Never spending my money here again.

Had fun with the games of bowling but thoroughly disgusted by the state of the bathroom. I reported 3 times that it needed cleaning because there was poop on the toilets and they never did anything about it. When I finally asked to talk to a manager, he said it was the first hed heard of it and did not offer any other recompense for my extremely disgusting experience.
