I havent even received my food yet, I came in here with my girlfriend and FYI Im a young looking 21 year old man. The waitress came over (already lacking sincerity) and requested to look at my ID as expected which is fine by me because I look 18-19 at 21. After receiving my beer (blue moon :D) the owner or manager came over after several minutes and asked to see my ID again because "the waitress didnt look at the date" whatever the heck that means. She looked at it thoroughly and served me beer. The fact they had to come back and check it again after Ive already received my beer is extremely expressive of unprofessionalism. It made me feel slightly embarrassed and a little sick since I buy my alcohol fair and square and present my ID promptly each time Im in an alcoholic setting. You guys are a real piece of work willing to check my ID again, you already served my beer, I already took a sip, (in the theoretical scenario it was a fake ID) you already wouldve broken the law. You guys made me feel very disrespected as a customer and deserve no reasonable tip from me, not even a payment if I couldve done that. Thanks for slacking and making my dining experience worse because you guys cant be thorough, respectful, and even decent. I shouldve given one star but the food seems it will be good. To the waitress, you seem like you hate it here and dont like people nor customers. Find another job.

Tonight we decided to try out The Tennessee Grill in Anthem after hearing about how good their ribs were. The Tennessee grill wasnt terrible, but nothing to call home about. The table sitting across from us found a spider in their drink from the bar...that was the first turn off. Secondly, our waitress was CLUELESS about the menu and happy hour specials, every question we asked she had to run and ask someone (took her 5 minutes to get back every time). FOOD: portion size is VERY disappointing. My spouse and I shared a full rack of ribs with the "special" Tennessee fires there was a hand full of fries. I think we each ate 3 fires between my spouse and I. Our second side was potato salad, it wasnt cold but it wasnt hot...it was like room temp, and the potatoes were hard. I order a side of fruit for our kiddos, and the side of fruit had ONE strawberry, and cantaloupe that was HARD HARD HARD. I honestly feel like most of the food tasted like it came from Costco, it was not special for the price they charged for a diner style dinner. We could of went to Q to U for the price that we paid for our meal here. Very disappointed with this new joint.

Ate here on a Saturday evening. First, the good: * Really nice staff! Attentive without being annoying, positive and upbeat. * Variety of BBQ sauces was great. * Great baked beans! * Light, open, airy atmosphere. But, as you can probably guess by the three stars, theres a not-so-good, too. * Overall, I would describe my food as mediocre. I had the brisket platter, and the baked beans were great, but the brisket itself was pretty unremarkable. It was good, it just wasnt amazing. * A small complaint, but a complaint nonetheless: my loaded baked potato had cheese and bacon, but no sour cream. That seems weird to me! * My dining partner had the boneless wings in bourbon BBQ, the hot links sausage, and the twister fries. He said that the sausage didnt have the kick he expected, and that the zinger and bourbon BBQ sauces tasted too much alike. So, Im not saying that this wasnt decent food. It was. It was just, well, so-so. Nothing amazing to rave about, but nothing terrible like either. If you want BBQ, theyve got great choices. Just dont expect it to be the best youve ever had.

Sorry, but, stopped in for something different. Ordered the fish fry and it was way over cooked. The table next to us ordered the same and another as well. All three of us receive the same. Brown crusted stiff fish. The hush puppies should be hushed. They too, overdone and a wad of corn dough. Fries were good. Beans mushy with added BQ sauce, no smoke. My guest ordered a salad which showed up after entrees came out. Server Jen was nice, but had way too many complaints about her job. Didnt need to hear that. I have enough of my own after a long week. Looking to pay and be served a nice meal. $50.00 went away. I, nor my money, will be back for dinner any time soon. I will say there is an upside, never been dissapointed with breakfast! Brisket, biscuit, bennidict is the bomb!

the potato cream soup was the consistency of cottage cheese. It was cold and uncooked. Since the soup reminded me of cottage cheese I ordered a side of cottage cheese. Was charged FOUR times for the small portion of a side dish that cost $1.25 , I was charged $8.00. I reviewed receipt and spoke to the manager. It was recalculated but the attitude I received was completely unprofessional. Acted as though they were doing ME a favor. Made me wait for almost 20 minutes to fix THEIR error and even though they were completely snotty I still left a big holiday tip. Happy Thanksgiving. I will never spend my hard earned $$$ there again and recommend that anyone review the receipt before making any purchase.

First of all I would like to say that the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our waitress was very nice too. The establishment was clean and as soon as we stepped in I could smell the delicious smokey aroma coming from the upright smoker they had inside. I ordered the brisket that had been slow cooked for 12 hours. I was really disappointed that the brisket was dry and flavorless. How could the building smell so smokey and the actual food lack the smokey flavor? The coleslaw I had was just store bought. The beans were also quite runny and lacked any flavor as well. The food was also very pricey. Considering the presentation, size, and quality, I believe it to be overpriced.

Today myself and five family members had breakfast at the Tennessee Grill. My daughters eggs were way undercooked and her pancakes were burned, her hash brown potatoes were half burned and half raw. I ordered a omelet with bacon, sausage and ham. I got a overcooked almost burned omelet with bacon only. We were not given enough syrup for the pancakes and could not find anyone to ask for more, no one offered to refill our drinks until our check was brought to the table. In my 66 years of life I have never had food and service this bad. And some of our so called toast was not tosted.

My wife had oulled pork which was ok, ny club sandwich whike skimpy was fresh. Bloody Marys were good. All in all a very poor experience. $60 for lunch after tip. I had an anniversary gathering with about 75 people, we were all so happy with the service and the food. I had to pick a cater and thought we needed to pick food from their menu, but they said they could prepare anything. We choose Mahi Mahi, and Lemon Chicken, I was a little scared, but I am so glad we chose them. Everyone was happy with the food, I would recommend them with no reservations. They helped us chose the food, and were wonderful to work with. Please dont hesitate to use them
