If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a server. To begin with, the busboy brought our silverware and menus out right away (A+). Then it went downhill from here...When our server, Aubrey, finally did show up, she asked us for our drink order and we told her were actually ready to order. This did not matter to Aubrey...she took our drink order and said shed be back for our food order when she could write it down. Okay....she brought back our sodas and we order our burgers. Mine was ordered medium and my wife ordered hers well done. Some time later when the food arrived, we asked for some sliced pickles....they never showed up until we asked the busboy to bring them to us. I guess Aubrey was too busy helping everyone else to get our measly pickles. Now, I think well done has a universal meaning of cooked all the way through. Aubrey may have had the chance to fix this if she ever stopped back by to check on us, but she did not. During this time, we observed Aubrey checking on other patrons but we somehow escaped her attention. I was tempted to ask her what we did to upset her but she never came back to our table. We finally flagged her down to get our check, it took way too long to prepare. To give you an idea of how bad the service was, the bill was $24.82, I left $25. I asked to speak to the manager and David came out and introduced himself as the owner and I explained to him what had happened. He introduced his wife to me and asked her to get me a gift card for the amount of my check. He was extremely apologetic about the service we received. A few minutes later I was out the door with my gift card (which I did not want in the first place). My wife was waiting outside (thats how upset she was) and when I told her what had happened, she took the gift card and was going to return it to him and let him know thats not what we wanted. As we were walking back in, we spotted a homeless gentleman and offered the gift card to him as we had no intention of EVER returning. My wife went in to explain to the owners what she had done with the gift card and the homeless gentleman followed us in and was going to order some food. We left and as we were pulling out the parking lot, the homeless man informed us that David had taken the gift card away from him and told him it was not valid and that if he didnt leave he was going to call the police. Wow....really? Unbelievable...we will never return and I sincerely hope anyone reading this will think twice before patronizing an establishment that treats people this way.

I have been coming here couple times a month for the last 6 years. Bringing my four kids and friend every time so the bill is far from small. This time the newer waitress wanted to charge .25 per ranch that is supposed to go with our meals and tried to tell me its always been like that.... obviously I would have noticed since we literally ordered the exact same things literally every single time. The usual servers already know our order and I would have noticed being charged before if that were a thing. We were not charged but if they ever try that in the future they will quickly lose our business over $2 worth of ranch!!!

Great sports bar - excellent food and service! They make pretty much everything in-house! Awesome grass-fed burgers, consistently great wings (love the honey hots), good salads, and just tried the French Dip - YUM!! The menu may look like sports bar food, but this is NOT your typical bar menu when it comes to variety and quality!! They also have great daily specials and happy hour prices! They very clearly cater to Green Bay Packers fans (decor everywhere!!), but this place is so awesome we dont care! Its always nice and clean, family friendly, and good prices - my favorite neighborhood go-to place!

I really was tempted to go three stars on this review but after thinking about it I couldnt pick out anything bad to say! Food is pretty standard bar fare; nothing that will blow you away. If you are Canadian, ask for the fries with gravy, yum! Good number of TVs, though many of them are quite old, so they feel like they are just there for decoration and not to actually be watched. The trains running around the ceiling are a fun touch. You could actually bring your family here if its early in the morning. Karaoke some nights; avoid that unless its your thing.

I have been going to this place for several years. The food is good, sometimes bordering on great. Service is good also. I like the fact that if you are trying to eat healthy, there are options for that, hard to find when going out. My only suggestions would be... clean the place up a bit (not dirty but old and dingy looking), and try to keep the same staff in place we like to see the same people who get to know us. This place is not going to knock your socks off, but if your in North Phoenix and want good food with alot of choices then KC Jones is for you.

Got take out here twice, first time the food was ok but the order was wrong. Second time the order was wrong, items were missing, which may have been a blessing in disguise since the food was almost inedible. Called to get a credit on my card for the missing items, was assured that they would process it but to no surprise it never happened. Dont know how or why this place gets such high ratings, they must wait to serve the food until their customers are plastered.

Lots of places to sit and get no attention. The waitress serving the booth RIGHT in front of us turned Her back on is at least 5 times. No hi Ill be right with you, how are you, NOTHING. We sat in that booth for 30 minutes and didnt even get water....., not even a waiter. If the pregnant girl was supposed to be our waitress I guess its ok ignore to be a crappy server cause your carrying a kid. This place was so awesome and it SUCKS now!!

Number one it is a Green Bay Packer bar and grill. Second it has great food, not only Burgers and Fries but also has some great Philly cheese sandwiches and green chile enchiladas. I love to eat the fried cheese curds but would really like to see them fresh and cold so they can squeak when you eat them. Every time that I have gone there they service staff has been exceptional.

My friend had the rib "special", and I had burger that was supposed to be 20% off. Both of our tabs were wrong and needed adjustments and my friend said the ribs were dry and flavorless. Lived around the corner from this place for 5 years and this is my first (and last) visit here. Only went here because my friend suggested it.

Divey sports bar without the dive prices. Service at the bar was good, but the kitchen was slow. Had a burger it was good but nothing special. I dont think they maintain their lines and taps well. The beer was flat and tasted off. I had 2 different beers and both were bad. If it wasnt for the beer Id have probably given 3 stars.
